Very central location, close to all the sights. Very friendly and helpful staff (Glevis and Shantha). Room was clean and specious. Shower was great, water pressure very good. There was a fridge in the room and a communal area with a kettle and coffee machine. There was a balcony with a table and chairs. The room was quiet as it was away from the Main Street.

The AC wasn’t very effective and took a long time to cool the room. The pillows were memory foam style which I personally don’t find very comfortable. There is a lift but this is only accessible with a key and with staff present. Fine on checkin and checkout with our bags but otherwise we had to climb 75 steps every time which was tiring so one to be aware of if you have mobility issues. It would be helpful to have two side tables by the bed, there was little space to put your things next to you.

Beautiful room, lots of bonus shared facilities we weren't expecting. Light and airy.

It was a little noisy as our room was street side, however the air conditioning helped cover most of it up.

The interior design was great

The left wasn’t working The bed was hard It was right next to a fish market, which wasn’t the best smell in the summer
