Palazzu Stidda Catania

The most lovely stay! The apartment is walking distance from Piazza de Duomo and a short walk from the airport bus stop. The apartment we stayed in was very comfortable for the four of us. It is a two-story apartment, with gorgeous rustic interior details including stoneworm and exposed wood. The exterior of the apartment has verdant vines with green and pink leaves that grows over the severL private balconies, people would stop and take pictures of our building because it was so beautiful. The apartment overlooks several bars and restaurants that are open late, which was wonderful for our trip! The kitchen is very large and well stocked with kitchenware. Sara was a wonderful host and very easy to reach by WhatsApp. I would recommend this day to anyone coming to Catania!

Nothing, lovely stay!

Stunning interior design and fantastic location.

Nothing.

It was a good location, but a bit noisy due to the bars which wasn’t a wasn’t a problem until they had a party on Sunday night. The apartment was really clean and we liked ghe quirkyness of it.

The noise. And the kitchen isn’t really a kitchen.

The house is beautiful and well decorated with all the old fashioned items on display. Location was good, next to the city center and close to all the main points

- The owner gave us wrong information about the ZTL (traffic limited zone) which will probably result in a fine - The bed was on an elevated loft-style platform, and it was very uncomfortable to climb up to. In addition, the ladder used to access it was quite dangerous, as it had no handrail. - Wifi did not work a lot of the time - There was a bad drain smell in the bathroom. - There was no regular table, only a bar-style counter with high stools. - The room was located above a bar which had loud music until 01:00 and was quite noisy
