Collection of keys went perfect. Danila kept in touch throughout from the day before we travelled and right up to when we have arrived We could contact her anytime for information and she responded quickly. Beds were excellent and clean. Great facilities in rooms also.
Some paint plaster was falling off wall in bathroom and inside hall door but easily swept up.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city! Despite the central location, no street noise in the apartment, which was very appreciated. Danila communicated very well and was helpful.
The cleaning needs to be improved. High levels of humidity in both living room and bedroom. Constant and strong smell of mold in the whole apartment. Mold all over the bedroom ceiling and in the bathroom. Empty containers for salt and pepper, empty kitchen paper roll holder. Only 2 coffee capsules for 2 people for 3 nights. Noise from the neighboring apartments due to really thin walls
