The location is great, near many of the popular toursit attractions. There's a paid parking across the hotel which was amazing, but the streets around are free to park so there was no issue with that.

The hotel has very nice and clean rooms, in a good position in the town of Karlovo. Perfect place to stay to explore the region! And very good coffee in the cafè 😊

We had to use eyemasks during the night because of the street lights. The curtain was very bright, so replacing it with a darker one or attaching blinds would be great!

I forgot to ask for two seperate beds in my booking, which was my fault. But within 20 minutes they changed the beds in our room, without charging anything extra. The room itself has a very nice view on the mountains and the hotel is a good base for hikes in Central Balkan National Park.
The decoration of the room lacks atmosphere. The room was clean but there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.
