Works for a night or two

Much better than what some of the previous reviews made us think prior to arriving to this place. If you keep realistic expectations and you’re comfortable with a fairly basic accommodation in the centre of Karlovo, you won’t be disappointed. On the high note, do read the other reviews to get an impression if this will work for you or not.

It’s not a furnished apartment with all commodities but a simple room, so some things are missing. However, nothing you can’t live with for a day or two.

PROBLEMS! PROBLEMS ! PROBLEMS ! I received a different room than the one I paid for………………

1/. The room stank. 2/. The worst thing was the bathroom. There was no window or fan. There was mold and a stench.

1/. The room was completely different than the one I booked on Booking. 2/. The main reason for the problem is that the man gave me a different room than the one in the offer. 3/. I had to move out. 4/. I don't recommend it..........................................................

This is office building, ther is no bathroom, noisy and uncomfortable. This property is a total fraud.

Nice and quiet big

Room is in an attic which means i bumped my head a few times.. the shower didn't drain wel and the shower head was low.. there were not enough hot water and the toilet didn't flash at some point

DON'T GO THERE !!!

The room was clean.

This room is a dump! Clogged dirty water drain. It's actually one room that's been split into two. Very thin walls. You can hear all the noises from the next room (including those from the bathroom and toilet). The flat screen TV is a joke (15" or less, and didn't work). WiFi didn't work. The electric kettle didn't work either.

Disappointing

Location is good.

There was no privacy in the triple room's bathroom. One large window right in front of the shower without any type of shower curtain or other type of privacy. That was the biggest issue. In the double room there was an awful smell of old cigarettes smoke which lead to causing trouble sleeping. Even for the low price I still won't recommend this place.

The location was amazing.

It wasn’t really clean, the bed was quite uncomfortable and the mattress was torn apart at certain spots. There was nowhere to hang the shower head which basically made it impossible to take a shower.

Pleasant

The place is near most hot spots in the city.

The dogs sometimes woke me up during the night or in the afternoon. The walls do not stop sound so you can hear other people in the house.

lokalita - kousek od náměstí

Ráno v den příjezdu jsem na dotaz z ubytování odpověděla, že dorazím a v kolik. Večer, když jsem přijela, jsem zjistila, že si zprávu na Whatsappu nikdo nepřečetl, ačkoliv jsem odpověděla během pár minut od položení dotazu. Nikdo mě neočekával. Když jsem kontaktovala ubytování, pán byl překvapen, že jsem dorazila. A najednou si "vzpomněl", že je něco porouchané a že mě nemůže první noc ubytovat, má plno. Může až druhou noc (rezervace byla na dva dny). Na bookingu nic jiného v daný termín nebylo volné. Tak pán, že mě někde ubytuje. Nebylo to daleko, ale bylo to v areálu jakési myčky na auta. Ze zdi místo zásuvky trčely dráty, koupelna byla bez okna a bez ventilátoru v důsledku čehož velmi zapáchala. Wifi nebyla. Cítila jsem se tam tak špatně, že jsem musela kontaktovat příbuzné, aby věděli, kde jsem, kdybych se náhodou někde "ztratila". Bylo domluveno, že si tam můžu nechat věci, neboť jsem měla na další den plány a nechtěla si věci nosit s sebou. Že prý to není problém, večer mám zavolat a domluvíme se. Další den dopoledne jsem se pro něco vrátila na pokoj. V tom pronajímatel vtrhnul do pokoje bez klepání a na můj dotaz, co to má znamenat, řekl, že nečekal, že tam budu. A pak mi řekl, že se mám sbalit, že pokoj, do kterého se mám přestěhovat, je připravený. V podstatě jsem byla vyhozena. V ubytování (The White House) rovněž nebylo wifi a pokud náhodou ano, tak nikde nebylo napsáno heslo.

Бих отишла отново и ще пръпоръчам на приятели

Поради проблем с водата бяхме настанени в другия хотел Белите къщи. Оказа се по-хубаво от очакваното, персонала е любезен, изчакват, обясняват...Стаята беше чиста и приветлива, мястото е тихо и сравнително близо до всичко интересно в града.

Единственото, което създаде леко неудобство е наличието на обща тераса на две стаи. В съседната стая семейство с две деца и ние като двойка нямаше как да я ползваме толкова хора, не само заради ограниченото място, но и буквално като излезеш надничаш в съседната стая.

Местоположението, гледката от прозореца са прекрасни. Стаята и банята са огромни! Благодаря на човека, който ни настани! Много любезен и отзивчив!
