A lovely hotel in a fascinating and beautiful historic town.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of beautiful Koprivshititsa. The host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Disappointing!!!

The location was great. We didn't have breakfast because we wanted to leave this place as soon as possible!!!

I booked the hotel for 2 nights. We spent only one horrible night, without a minute of sleep. We were bitten during the entire night by small bugs - bed buds. I killed some of them. (I can provide pictures). In the hotel was no a night person. So we had to wait for the light to come out. In the morning I notified the staff about the terrible night we had and showed the pictures. He refused to return the whole amount tor the next night with the explanation that he has to pay to Booking.com. It was very unfair. He had to reimburse us for the inconvenient instead. Very, very disappointed. The hotel had a good location, the staff was kind. We could have a great time, BUT!

The friendly staff made our check-in very easy and welcoming, the room was comfortable, clean and had excellent views over the village and hills. Location is very central and there is free parking right next to the property which was very handy. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff - esp. Mr Glaboba who kindly printed our train tickets for onward journeys - , immaculately clean and comfortable, great restaurant with very fresh food at reasonable prices, superb wines, and excellent location… plus menu in English.

The hosts went above and beyond to meet our needs even though it was during a festival and it was full of guests. Excellent location. Excellent restaurant. Great staff!

Excellent

The hotel is placed just about 2min from the very center of the city. The room was nice, clean, equiped with standart stuff you need for a stay. The temp in there through the day was nice for August. There's parking place on the street nearby, but since it was festival time and some special organization on these days - there's payed parking with a lot of space like 3min away. The food in the restaurant is amazing and the staff were excellent.

Great value for money, helpful staff, wonderful food, excellent location

The staff are very nice and always eager to help even though I had to change my reservation to include more people at the very last minute. The hotel has a restaurant, which offers finger-licking traditional food. Parking right by the hotel is also available.

The beds were a bit too hard for my liking, which isn't necessarily a disadvantage.

Breakfast very poor. Room OK Staff unhelpful especially with luggage and bar service apart from Geri who was brilliant and went out of her way to help.

Petit hôtel de campagne, au calme

. personnel : un peu rustre au 1er abord, mais la glace fond au fur et à mesure :) Le patron connaissait qq mots de français, qu'il a eu plaisir à partager. - possibilité de prendre le pdj en extérieur, sur la terrasse. Pdj "maison", très bon et complet. - emplacement : au cœur de la petite ville.

C'est un petit hôtel, dans une toute petite ville de Bulgarie où les gens font leur maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable, avec peu de moyen. Attention sur le menu pour le dîner : il y a des erreurs de traduction. Ce qui peut rendre votre repas... rigolo :)
