Very good location, very close to public transport connections. There is car parking also on the same street with reasonable prices. The apartment itself was clean and spacious.

The kitchen utensils (pots) were not ok and enough.

Excellent location: close to Millennium City, with supermarket, restaurants and shopping. Public transport is convenient, particularly Handelskai and the U-Bahn/S-Bahn connections. Large, clean and quiet. Well-equipped kitchens, including dishwasher, oven, fridge and cooking utensils. Comfortable beds. * Good choice for families (spacious)

We communicated with the owner through email and they were unable to solve the air condition problem (remote control not found). Finally we found it on the day of departure fixed to the wall hidden behind a large artificial plant! (Picture)

The location and surrounding environment is good.

Difficult procedures in accessing the apartment

Decent location, 300m from the nearest train station. Has two folding sofa beds, one double and a single. Apartment has two televisions.

Dusty floors on arrival. The bed in the main room has a faulty mattress one side. The dishwasher is hard to use and there are no instructions given-despite reaching out to the owners, no further advice was given. We worked it out for ourselves eventually. The apartment has no salt, pepper or drying up towel and the oven contains no shelves so it is almost impossible to use. The entry area is dark and is via keypad rather than key which is less secure. No spare rubbish bags were provided. Even the soap in the bathroom was watered down and there was no soap provided on the toilet. No shampoo or shower gel provided either. Despite paying almost 600 Euros for three nights we feel the owners try to cut corners to save money. Of the any places we have stayed in Europe this is the poorest value.
