Great location as could walk into the main area and the tram stop was very close. The staff were really helpful and the apartment was spacious clean and comfortable.
We could have had more cooking items such as a chopping board and lids for the saucepans. Also, curtains on the windows as well as blinds would have been good in the bedroom as it was light so early!

It was clean and felt safe. They allowed us to do laundry in another apartment because there wasn’t a laundromat nearby.
The key needed to be obtained from a postal location which was easy to find in hindsight but not when you’re a newcomer to the city. Note: there is only a washer available- a dryer did not exist.

Great space, very clean and simple - we had a corner terrace space which was fab! Good instructions - easy to find, access and get around

Location fantastic. Staff very pleasant. Restaurant great.
Nowhere did I see that some rooms were not air conditioned. We had 4 rooms and only one was a/c and there were not other a/c rooms available in 4 star hotel.
