Location, easy access, everything you need is available. The apartment is warm with a great view. The bed is decent, and the TV works well with internet access.
The household appliances are quite dirty – the oven smells bad, and there's black mold in the kettle, so I had to boil water in a pot. The shower is very uncomfortable, the door doesn't close properly, the sink is tiny, and there are no shelves or hooks for the towel. Toilet is very cold.
Early check-in is only available for 10 euros per hour, which seems overpriced to me.
