Comfy 3 Bedroom Apartment with Living Room and Balcony near Park

The apartment was clean when we arrived. The beds were clean, the bedding smelled fresh, the air conditioning worked well, and the table was nicely prepared, which made a good first impression. The communication with the host through the chat was excellent. We received quick responses and clear, detailed information throughout our stay.

However, the listing is misleading. The accommodation is described as having sofa beds, but the three sofas in the apartment are not fold-out sofas and cannot be used as proper beds. In reality, the apartment has three double beds and three small, non-folding sofas. An adult cannot sleep comfortably on them, and even for a child they are not a very comfortable sleeping option. This should be corrected in the description so that future guests know exactly what to expect. The apartment has clearly hosted many groups over the years and would benefit from renovation and some refreshing. For one night t is a good option, especially considering the price. We stayed as a group of eight (four adults and four children). We managed by having one child sleep with us in a bed and another on one of the sofas, so it worked for one night, but it would not have been comfortable for a longer stay.
