Vienna Stay Apartments Taborstrasse

Very convenient location, quite rooms, comfy beds, nice looking interior

Some bedrooms are funny, a bed takes all space wall to wall - you need to roll over it to get to the other side of the room (another room had 2 doors on each side of a bed). Some dust here or there (nothing criminal, guess just cause it's not used often) but bed sheets and bathrooms were squeaky clean and fresh.

The apartment was a nice/newer and a perfect size for our group of 7 with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 20+ minutes walking distance to city center and plenty of markets within 5 minute walk.

The building entrance was not very nice. It was dark and dingy. While the apartment has 4 bedrooms the only sofa in the main living space was small so we could not all sit. The apartment also lacked some daily essentials. No paper towels or napkins. There was a Nespresso machine but no capsules provided as a courtesy. There was not enough hangers for our clothes. My biggest issue is that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. There is dust on top of most of the higher horizontal surfaces (I am tall and can see these surfaces such as the top of the refrigerators). The area rug in the room I stayed was not vacuumed (and there wasn’t a vacuum in the apartment for our use as that is the first thing I looked for). I found a half eaten stroop waffle under my bed (photo taken but not shared here) which was a strong indication the room had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival.
