We liked the location - it's really close to tram route # 5 or O, or the nearby Praterstern metro station. If city walking is your thing, then this location is a good choice for location.

There is a lack of communication between the host (the humans), the AI chatbot responsible for the communication with travellers, and whan is actually happening with the property. We've been on a trip for 5 nights and when arrived on Friday evening, there was no hot water at the location. When contacting the host, the lovely chatbot anwered with cheering messages like "our team is working" and pointed to host's support website where I filled the ticket about the out-of-function boiler. Fast forward to the 6th day of the trip - not a single follow-up message from the host on the issue with the hot water. It wasn't solved, just "our team is consulting on with the engineers". And you know what was the problem - a week prior to our arrival it was announced that there will be gas pipe changes in the building, on an A4 paper right on the main entrance door. And the host just failed to read that A4 paper announcement and at very least communicate it to us, so we could level our expectations. Besides this very annoying problem with the boiler, the photos of the location are outdated - there's a lot of dust on the floor and far corners, the half of the curtains fell from the rack, the shelf above the lavatory misses a door with a mirror. The apartment feels dated. Also, because of the renovation, the builders started drilling the walls around 7 AM if not earlier, which made it very unpleasant to wake-up.
