Appartement vaste et bien distribué.
Très bien chauffé avec tout ce dont l’on peut avoir besoin.
Extrêmement calme dans un immeuble chic et bien fréquenté.
Un arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble dessert l’hypercentre ville et toutes les correspondances.
Belle vue le parc surplombante Augarten.
Pour des personnes très âgés pas ascenseur mais c’est ainsi et on le sait à l’avance.
C’est au troisième étage.

Buena ubicación, directamente al Augarten. Apartamento muy amplio y luminoso. Había material de limpieza, lavadora, tendedero y también tendedero. La casa muy limpia.
El colchón de sofá cama es un poco fino, aunque para niños está bien. Los muebles algo antiguos pero bien.
