Central Apartment metro 1 min.

Pour 3 adultes les vrais lits sont confortables, le métro U1 accessible par l' ascenseur, et 15 mn plus tard on est dans le centre. C'est propre. La petite cuisine correspond bien à nos besoins de repas rapidement préparés. Le quartier n'est pas touristique. Il y a des commerces, une boulangerie et un supermarché proche

Le récepteur de douche fuit, des serviettes nous ont été rapidement apportées pour sécuriser. Mais c'est un problème à résoudre.. La grande chambre salle à manger donne sur un boulevard, elle est bien isolée du bruit mais si on ouvre les fenêtres la circulation devient insupportable

Wide and bright apartment at the third floor, with 1 bedroom (with double bed), 1 very wide and bright living room (which also includes 2 sofa beds, which become very comfortable beds), a kitchen (with all what we needed) and a bathroom with washing machine. In the living room there is also a huge TV, which we did not use. The apartment has windows which gives both on the main road and on the internal court (between the buildings), it is bright but not noisy. The building has a lift. The position was great for us. Just above the Underground (U1, stop: Vorgartenstraße), very close to Danube and Prater, a short walk away from center. Several supermarkets are available very close to the building.

A clean, comfy apartment which is centrally located in Vienna. Perfect for a small family, and perfect for anyone looking to travel around the city a lot. LOCATION: The location was by far the best thing about this apartment. With just a few steps to the nearest U1 metro, anything in the city is within your reach. For us, we only had ~1.5 days to explore Vienna, and this proximity meant we could travel around really easily to all major attractions. Prater park and the nearby river are also within walking distance if you choose to go that route. Several large supermarkets are nearby, along with a mini mart right downstairs and a few small eateries and food courts around the area. We did not dine in anywhere nearby, so can't provide a recommendation on fine dining in the area. APARTMENT: The apartment comes with a little kitchen that is well equipped, we were able to prep some small meals there without hassle. It has a coffee machine which we did not use (needs a specific brand pod AFAIK). Kitchen is equipped with a good set of utensils, cookware, microwave, fridge and stove/oven. The bathroom has a washer, which was handy. No dryer, but you can hang up washed clothes in the provided drying rack, which worked well for us. The living room area has a comfy bed, TV, couch and a small round table, along with a cupboard / rack for jackets. COMMS: We received instructions well on time for key collection, all good here.

The only two (relatively minor) cons for us were: 1. The heating is kept centrally ~21/22C, with no option to control it in your apartment. This is fine for the most part, but if you need a little extra warmth, you cannot adjust it higher than that. 2. The floorboards in the main room were a bit creaky. Again, not a big deal, just a minor annoyance when you're moving around the room.

Emplacement idéal métro juste en bas de l'immeuble, apparemment propre et nous avons eu un problème avec le chauffe eau nous avons eu dès le lendemain matin la réparation très rapide et efficace
