The apartment has large rooms, is clean, and has newly renovated bathrooms. It is quite but is situated in a lively student area. It is easily accessible by three trams.
The only seating possibility is in the living room, not in the kitchen nor in the bedrooms.

Easy to get to by tram and bus. Close enough to walk into central Vienna. Good selection of nearby grocery stores, pubs and restaurants. Only one wide shirt set of stairs. It was warm with the ability to ventilate. Spacious kitchen reasonably well equipped and a quiet courtyard location. A large dining table was welcome. The host was very responsive to questions and issues.
Only one bathroom was a challenge for 6 people but it was spacious and clean.

. la disponibilité de notre hôte, . appartement bien situé, à proximité d'un arrêt de tram et assez proche d'une station de métro, dans un immeuble calme, au rez de chaussée (heureusement car il n'y a pas d'ascenseur) au cœur d'un quartier vivant avec de nombreux restaurants et commerçants. . le nombre de rangements (armoires)
la qualité de la literie particulièrement dans la petite chambre, l'absence de micro-ondes et le nombre insuffisant de mugs dans la cuisine
