Staff are always amazing and good was really good, both breakfast and dinners that I had. The staff outweighs anywhere else so I always try to come back to you when I travel for work

The Wifi was not working too well and I couldn't login to do some work that I needed to. This is the only frustration that I have experienced and to be honest a night off was probably not the worst thing for me.

Clean, well organised. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Great location for DW Stadium. Nice breakfast, nice room and was able to put chain on the door so my 2 year old couldn’t escape which can be a struggle in some hotels. Also very reasonable price. Would definitely stay again. Also great unlimited use of the EV chargers for £15z

At breakfast, I went to get a plastic plate for my son and 2 plates I lifted were very dirty (not just a little bit missed in dishwasher, fully dirty) which wasn’t great but that’s all I could say I didn’t like.

The staff where so helpful and friendly, very welcoming.

Breakfast / you have too many choices of poor quality produce. Get rid of the powdered eggs. Throw those dry croissants away. Get a better wholesaler for your bacon. Why have frozen fruit? Try training your overbearing barmaid to be less condescending.

Comfortable yet firm bed, great space to relax in. The walk in shower had great pressure too & the shelf was big enough for 3 bottles. Although there were Dove products readily available. The breakfast was a good selection as well. My husband was impressed with the toaster settings.

I found a dirty plate in the clean stack and there was an odd stain on the carpet in room 6 next to the bed.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The public areas were a little functional!

Pleasantly quiet ground floor room; comfortable bed, had a good night's undisturbed sleep. Well designed bathroom/shower room.

Let down by the cooked breakfast ingredients at the self service area being quite cool, and this was only at 9a.m; breakfast being available from 7.30 until 10.30. I was informed later by a member of staff that I should have mentioned this at the time.

The location was perfect for our needs, we had 2 family functions to attend and a visit to St Matthews, Highfield all within 10 mins of the Hotel. Buffet style breakfast with hot food & drinks included in the price. Definitely high on our list to revisit in the near future.

EV charger didn’t work on our last night when we needed the charge to get back home to Scotland. Left without a charge and no refund offered. Reception/ bar understaffed, 1 member serving at both over weekends. Some staff very cheeky.

Easy to access from the road. Ample parking with ev charging points.

Lovely hotel with great staff. We had a family room, and were placed next to a customer who seems well known to them for being disruptive and rude, within minutes of arriving ‘they’ had turned up to tv and being obnoxious. Front desk immediately moved our room, but makes us wonder why place us by them at all.

Room doors were noisy to close, bathroom door squeaked, breakfast was great, EXCEPT the choice of eggs, only scrambled eggs and they seemed to be made from powdered eggs? 2 mornings they were acceptable but not good, 2 they were not very good.

All staff were really friendly and the free breakfast a definite bonus. The price was fantastic, BUT I would have preferred to pay more and get a clean room and a good night's sleep.

We were put in room 109. It was at the back, overlooking the kitchens. The noisy extractor went on and off throughout and night causing us to wake up numerous times. Thus we did not get a good night's sleep and were exhausted the next day. The staff also congregated in a shelter outside the room for a chat and smoke. The smell of cigarettes pervaded the room and made me feel quite sick. It was a very hot day, but we had to close the window. The chair in the room was FILTHY. Dirt and stains all over the seat, arms and back. I asked for another chair. The gentleman bought another which was equally dirty, and wouldn't take the first one away. I was contacted to ask if all was now ok, and told them that we now had two chairs in the room, both of which were filthy. I was brought a third chair which was much better, and the first chair was removed (as there was now no room for the replacement chair). I've stayed here previously with no problems, not sure I would risk staying here again.

Great place to stay. They even have EV charging which helped me immensely for my forward journey. breakfast was outstanding and set me for the day. Staff were attentive and friendly and the night Porter even let me send him money to help me pay for my cash on delivery food. 100% would stay here again.

The location is good for the 🏉 . Young lad working there sorted us out with his hot spot on his phone so we could order food.

Everything was great. Room was nice. Big shower. Staff was very accommodating. Dinner was awesome. I had the Lasagna, husband had Fish & Chips. Lots of parking.

Coffee station was shut down right at breakfast end. Loud guest in dining room on a business call made it hard to enjoy our dinner.
