Terrible experience. Run down property packaged to make money

The house smelled horrible and the area was run down and there were cobwebs and mould everywhere

Good location. Comfortable beds.

Slight musty smell in the communal areas masked by a plug-in air freshener. I cut my foot on something sharp poking out of the stairs. Could do with adding a few mirrors. We all had to use the one mirror in the single bedroom to get ready.

Clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a great stay

Clean, comfortable and well located for the racecourse for work. Good communication and exactly as advertised. We sat out in the evening and had dinner. Will definitely re-book when back in the area.

2nd time we’ve stayed here. Great location 5/10 mins walk from racecourse. Comfy home from home.
