Very quiet, although in the center of town. Close to supermarket and train station. Fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a plus. Indoor temperature was perfect (we came in February).

Only minor flaw: The stairs going up to the bedroom could be better protected (important for those traveling with young children).

L’appartamento su due piani è molto pulito, curato e c’è davvero tanto spazio. I due bagni (uno per ciascun piano) devo dire che fanno la differenza. L’appartamento è in posizione centralissima vicino a bar, ristoranti e negozi e al mare ci si arriva in pochi minuti a piedi. Tutto perfetto grazie anche alla cura del proprietario della struttura che ti riserva una accoglienza a 4 stelle.

La struttura è molto comoda a livello di posizione e completa dal punto di vista dell’arredo. Ottima l’organizzazione della camera e dei due bagni, che si sono rivelati molto utili, soprattutto se si viaggia in gruppo

Le scale sicuramente sono un punto debole, non tanto per la quantità, quanto più per le ultime due rampe di scale, che risultano molto levigate a tal punto da risultare scivolose e conche, elemento un po’ pericoloso se si viaggia con bagagli o con bambini/persone più anziane.

La casa è molto accogliente , puo ospitare 4 persone benissimo soprattutto x il fatto che ce un bagno di servizio giu .tv difronte al divano .la posizione ottima scendi e sei in centro dove puoi trovare una pasticceria storica buonissima,tanti negozi e il mercato ,al mare si arriva con una passeggiata di 7 minuti .la stazione è vicinissima ,ci sono vicini luoghi di interesse a pochi passi come la cattedrale. Proprietario di casa simpatico e disponibile .consigliato x un relax a chiavari anche d'inverno. Chiavari una bella cittadina piena di archi storici e piazze .il palazzo dove si trova la casa è storico .ci ritorneremo .

Appartamento comodo e molto pulito. Posizione centralissima, servita da ogni tipo di attività commerciale, nel cuore del carruggio principale di Chiavari, ad un passo dalla stazione centrale. Proprietario gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile. E' stato illuminante un suo consiglio nella ricerca di un artigiano. Facile e flessibile check in e check out. Assolutamente consigliato.
