We had a great stay even if the house needs some updates.

The breakfast was basic. The coffee machine would have been a great plus but after a couple of uses it stopped working.

The bathroom was extremely small. We are slim people and we could use it but if there were bigger persons they would not have been able to get in the shower. And there was any fan or window in the bathroom. And in the two bedrooms only one of them had the tv. I would recommend to put a second tv in the second bedroom.

The location was central, the apartment was well kept, organized and clean. The hosts gave us plenty of useful information and were very nice. We loved the place and we would like to come back.

The fact that the weather was hot during our stay and there was no air conditioning at the property. However, the hosts gave us ventilators and we slept with the windows wide open.

Amazing place to stay in Ciavari

Amazing place to stay is Ciavari. Very helpful owners with a great sense of hospitality. The apartment is beautiful and very safe against COVID - hygienic, disinfected surfaces, a guide with safety rules how to behave in the city is also available. I fully recommend the place.

Will not reccomend it

Provided tablets for washing machine and washing powder as well as some cleaning fluids, which usually are absent in rented apartments

No aircondition. Shower is VERY small, almost impossible to wash inside it. Not clear why there is cleaning fee, because floor was so dirty, that we needed to wash it by ourselfes. There is no terrace as it's written in description, but a small balconies. No city view as pointed in description - windows of neighboars in 10 meters - is not a city view

Все супер !!!! От ж.д.близко .Море рядом.Магазинов и ресторанов достаточно. В квартире очень уютно. Хозяева на связи .Очень доброжелательные . В квартире ждали приятные подарочки. Кровати удобные .Постельное белье чистое и качественное.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in toller Lage

Die Lage war perfekt im Zentrum und ein paar Minuten vom Strand.

Nachts ein bisschen laut, was mich persönlich nicht gestört hat. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ich habe sie aber auch nicht vermisst.

Appartamento in posizione ottima sia per raggiungere le spiagge che il centro città. Camere grandi e cucina fornita di tutto (lavastoviglie, frigo, macchina caffe etc). Check in e Check out facile e veloce,

bagno piccolo e mancanza di aria condizionata anche se la sera con finestre aperte molto ventilato.

Merci pour l'accueil, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très propre et très bien situé ( dans le centre et proche de la gare). Nous recommandons.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement

Très bon emplacement. Coin à manger bénéficiant de la lumière du soir. Café en capsules et thé à disposition.

Remise des clés: Les instructions reçues via Booking concernant la remise des clés à l'arrivée n'étaient plus du tout actuelles. J'ai dû faire plusieurs fois les 3 étages. Ce problème avait été mentionné par des clients précédents et les hôtes ont négligé de corriger cela... Heureusement que la suite s'est mieux déroulée. Des bols pour les céréales du matin ou une soupe seraient utiles.

Un gioiellino a 5 minuti dal mare

Un gioiellino, appartamento curato nei dettagli, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort. Biancheria inclusa, cucina molto accessoriata. In 5 minuti si arriva al mare e in 2 minuti ai caruggi. Ottima esperienza, assolutamente da ripetere
