Good location.
WARNING! ATTENZIONE! AVOID PROPERTIES MANAGED BY PMC GLOBE. I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many accommodations, but Jodie Franzin and PMC Globe were by far the worst property manager I have ever had.
I was fraudulently induced into selecting this accommodation due to two clear misrepresentations in the listing. First, the property was listed as non-smoking, but from the moment we stepped into the apartment, it was abundantly clear smoking had taken place inside. There is a large library of books and they reek of cigarette smoke. It is disgusting. In fact, I found evidence of cigarette ash and ash trays on the property which I have included in this review. Second, the property was described as having three bedrooms and a living room, but Bedroom 3 (twin bed) is a complete and deceptive lie. It does not exist.
I attempted to address this issues, particularly the smoke, with PMC early in our stay. Jodie Franzin at PMC was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unresponsive throughout the process. In fact, she declined my phone calls (~10 calls declined over a few days) yet she conveniently answered the phone when I called from my wife's phone then became extremely argumentative and hung up the phone on us. Here are some of her messages to me:

Jodie Franzin: Today everybody are so busy and we have other urgent interventions also in other houses...
I paid a lot of money to travel with my family of 5 to Chiavari and spent €1600 euro for my stay here, and I was only offered a mere €100 refund, despite PMC acknowledging the smoke smell and lack of a 3rd bedroom. This was very uncomfortable for our family and the smoke is a problem, especially for children. Avoid PMC properties at all costs. Unless you are a smoker, do not stay here.
Also, the parking space is very small. Unless you have a scooter or 500 (or similar), your car will not fit in the garage.

Perfect getaway apartment close to everything
Excellent property, fabulous location.
Beds weren't very comfortable, but I think that's a personal preference and impossible for the host to ensure everyone is happy with the type of mattress.

Vacanzina al mare della Liguria
Appartamento pulitissimo e accogliente. C'è tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno perfetto come essere a casa. Comodo al centro e al mare. Daryna sempre gentile e professionale. Chiavari è sempre bellissima.

es hat soweit alles gepasst und wir werden die Unterkunft wieder mal buchen
die Nähe zur Altstadt und zum Bahnhof. Chiavari ist eine schöne Stadt am Meer mit vielen guten Restaurants, Bar und Gelati. Man kann auch Wanderungen direkt vom Ort aus machen (z.B. von Chiavari nach Rapallo). Wir werden wieder im Jahr 2026 hier unseren Wanderurlaub verbringen.

Casa spaziosa molto accogliente,5 minuti dal mare,molto vicina ai portici. Zona ben servita.Cucina dotata di tutte le stoviglie. Personale gentile e puntuale sia nel check in che al check out. Eravamo 2 famiglie.

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage
Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen sehr geräumig. Sie hat 2 Badezimmer und einen Balkon mit Blick Richtung Meer.
Sie liegt in der 4. Etage mit Aufzug.
Die Ausstattung war sehr gut (Geschirr und Küchenutensilien) mit Mikrowelle.
Ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden,jedoch kein Badvorleger für die Dusche.
Die Lage ist sehr gut,man benötigt ca 10 min zum Strand, hat in der Nähe einen Supermarkt (Basko) und eine sehr gute Bäckerei (Luca).
Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer.
Es war nicht zu laut zum Schlafen, wie in einer anderen Rezension beschrieben steht.
Parkgarage ist zwar eng bemessen, aber wir konnten unseren Caddy problemlos einparken.
Die Waschmaschine hatte einen Defekt und konnte in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden.
Der Fußboden war auf ersten Blick sauber, jedoch nach dem barfuß gehen waren unsere Füße sehr dreckig.
Das Doppelbett quietscht einbißchen, war jedoch für uns nicht so störend, wie die Matratzen. Für uns wirkten sie schon durchgelegen.

Tolle Wohnung für ein paar Tage am Meer!
Wunderschöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer gibt's auch. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, Küche ist auch top ausgerüstet. Stadtzentrum und Strand sind in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Das Doppelbett quietscht sehr! Und ein Badezimmerteppich wäre gut gewesen (wir haben kurzerhand ein Handtuch als Teppich benutzt).

Appartamento funzionale e comodo alla città.
Appartamento spazioso con tanti libri da leggere se uno è appassionato.
Bagno nuovo e funzionale (ce ne sono due).
Le comode terrazze danno su una via un po' trafficata, quindi il rumore potrebbe disturbare, si è comunque al 4° piano.
Il riscaldamento autonomo provoca dei rumori nei termosifoni, specie alle 5:30 del mattino quando si accendono, poi ci si fa l'abitudine.
La TV è un po' piccolina e all'inizio abbiamo avuto problemi perchè non era collegata alla giusta presa dell'antenna (ci sono due prese) e ho dovuto configurarla con la lingua (era in francese) e con la scansione dei canali, quindi ho dovuto risolvere questi piccole difficoltà che per qualcuno potrebbero essere insormontabili.
Connessione internet e wifi stabile (perchè è via modem e non tramite la "saponetta").
Mancherebbe una presa di corrente nelle vicinanze del tavolo da pranzo per collegare un PC, pertanto andavo sempre a batteria che poi dovevo ricaricare per continuare la mia attività.
Lo smaltimento dei rifiuti è comodo perchè l'appartamento ha dei bidoncini in terrazza e il condominio ha uno spazio e contenitori appositi (eccetto il vetro chè è nelle campane disseminate in città).
Il box auto a Chiavari è merce rara pertanto averlo è un grande vantaggio perchè ti evita lunghi giri alla ricerca di un parcheggio, la difficoltà però sta negli spazi angusti che ne rende un po' problematico l'utilizzo, io ce l'ho fatta con una Ford Focus SW con un po' di manovre e tanta attenzione (consiglio di entrare nel suddetto box col muso dell'auto).
Gli inquilini del condominio che ho incontrato sono stati tutti molto gentili e cordiali.
Nel complesso è andata bene, anche perchè abbiamo usufruito di una speciale offerta di prezzo.
Cambierei la TV con una più grande e verificherei il funzionamento prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti.
Metterei a disposizione un prolunga per poter collegare il PC alla presa quando lo si usa posizionato nel tavolo della sala da pranzo.
Toglierei le mensole presenti nel box auto, dato che sono vuote, perchè potrebbero ostacolare l'alloggiamento dell'auto e sistemerei il portone basculante perchè fatìca a chiudersi e quando si apre tende a sfuggire verso l'alto e mi dà l'impresssione di essere un po' instabile.

Vale bien la pena!
El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio antiguo (60's) en un 4to piso con ascensor y es bastante grande y cómodo. Está dotado de todo lo necesario para hospedarse sin inconvenientes en la hermosísima ciudad de Chiavari, no falta nada!! Está muy bien conservado para su edad de construcción y sobre todo muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene TV pantalla plana (no muy grande) frente a un cómodo sofá y reposapiés. Baños de lujo y utensilios de todo tipo.
El lugar donde se aparca el coche 🚗 es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo pensado para coches de otros tiempos como los Fiat 500. El Internet va un poco lento y no llega a todo el apartamento. La lavadora presenta pérdida de agua💧y las almohadas muy duras para nuestro gusto.
