Неймовірно комфортна комунікація та зручний доступ до помешкання (у вас буде свій унікальний код). Гарне розташування, в будівлі апартаментів є супермаркет, величезним плюсом є власні парко місця, в також велика громадська парковка поруч (в Лігурії це один з найважливіших пунктів). Видно, що ремонт свіжий, чистота була на найвищому рівні, фото апартаментів співпадає з реальністю на 100 зі 100.

Невеликою незручністю став душ. Є певні проблеми зі зливом, в результаті чого вода витікає із-за душової кабіни. Через це власники лишили спеціальну швабру, вона чудово справлялась зі своєю задачею.

We hebben genoten van een hele schone en nette accommodatie met airco en fijne bedden en een grote koelkast. Je kunt er super parkeren en er is een goede supermarkt gelijk onder de accomodatie.

We wilden een diner voor 4 koken. Het is wel gelukt, we kwamen erachter dat de helft van de inductie pitten het deden en de messen niet zo scherp waren.

Ruim appartement met alle faciliteiten die je mag verwachten, inclusief airconditioning. Goede hygiëne. Gemakkelijk binnenkomen met persoonlijke deurcode(s). Zeer benaderbare en toegankelijke eigenaresse, reageert snel, erg vriendelijk. Ik was mijn laptop per abuis vergeten mee te nemen, terwijl wij al ruimschoots in Duitsland waren richting huis. De eigenaresse heeft direct gekeken, mijn laptop gevonden en per post (DHL) gestuurd naar Nederland. Fijn contact hierover gehad, als heel prettig en vertrouwelijk ervaren!!!

Parkeerplekken zijn beperkt.. Ook als de privé parkeerplekken vol zijn, was de openbare parkeergelegenheid meestal vol of erg krap.

Alla prossima

Appartamento è situato a Cogorno vicino al centro e alla stazione. Nelle immediate vicinanze negozi,bar,farmacia,poste e supermercati. Si presenta grazioso,accogliente e pulito. L'appartamento dove sono stata io con la mia famiglia era dotato di una zona notte con un letto matrimoniale comodo,un ampio armadio,specchio e scrittoio. La stanza aveva il balcone,dal quale entrava una bella luce. Poi il bagno con finestra,piccolo ma ben fatto. Infine la zona cucina con divano letto matrimoniale sempre con balcone. Non posso giudicare la funzionalità della cucina, perché non mai usato nel mio soggiorno la cucina, però posso dire che si trattava di una cucina ad induzione nuova e dotata dei principali elettrodomestici. Alla struttura si accede tramite PIN. L'ingresso è sottoposto ad un sistema di videosorveglianza. È presente sul piano dove sono ubicati i vari appartamenti un terrazzino dove ho notato che c'erano per ogni appartamento un piccolo stendino,anche se non ho avuto occasione di usarlo,credo sia un valore aggiunto per un appartamento vacanza. Sotto al palazzo sono presenti i secchi della raccolta differenziata e un supermercato.. La struttura ha dei posti auto riservati, ma se si dovessero trovare occupati ci sta un parcheggio pubblico vicinissimo. Ritornerò volentieri in questa struttura e la consiglierei ad un amico.

Unica cosa il fatto che l'immobile sia videosorvegliato se da un lato rappresenta un fattore di sicurezza, che si rende anche necessario per l'utilizzo all'ingresso del PIN ,dall'altro ci si interroga sull'utilizzo che venga fatto poi delle immagini e/o video registrati, sul loro mantenimento finalizzato al soggiorno c/o la struttura e poi si spera alla loro successiva eliminazione nel rispetto e a tutela della privacy. Se si vuole trovare un piccolo difetto all'immobile lo si può trovare nell'ascensore lento,anche se in realtà si tratta di un montacarico,come è anche indicato da un cartello ivi presente. Quindi chi non può fare le scale o non vuole farle e lo prende impiegherà qualche minutino in più rispetto ad un normale ascensore,ma questa ultima annotazione giusto per essere pignoli. Si tratta di poche scale che se non si hanno difficoltà motorie si fanno a piedi in pochi minuti e senza problemi.
