Comfortable, spacious apartment with all you need to have a great stay in Lavagna Very elegant and classy furniture, comfy bed in the bedroom, kitchen with the equipment, even washing machine and full size refrigerator. Not crowded or loud sourrondings , 10 minutes to the beach, even less to restaurants and shops The host was very welcoming and friendly, the apartment was clean and tidy.

Would be great to hang a shower curtain so the floor don't get wet after showering Also would be great to provide a shower gel in the bathroom or at least hand washing gel which was lacking despite the provided info in the description

My stay was brief, lasting only two nights, but I wished I could have stayed longer. The host and his family were incredibly charming. The unit was well-equipped (the only thing missing was washing powder, but perhaps I just couldn't find it; I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided it). The location is excellent, depending on what you are looking for, of course. The beach is approximately 300 meters away. Restaurants, fantastic Italian aperitivo bars, and delightful gelaterias are just a three-minute walk. For me, the most important aspect of this trip was parking. Given how challenging it can be to find a parking spot in Italy, especially with a larger vehicle, this unit was a gem :) It had a spacious outdoor parking spot in front of the house with private key access. In summary, it was a great stay, and all my needs were met. I would definitely stay there again.

Einmalige Aussicht, Gehdistanz zum Städtchen. Freundlicher Gastgeber. Grosse Terrasse rund um die Wohnung, grosse Räume. Gut eingerichte neue Küche. z.T. sehr alte, schöne Möbel

In den Ecken lagen noch lange Hundehaare, das Badezimmer ist baufällig. Auch sonst fehlt der Wohnung Pflege (Löcher in den Leintüchern, abgewetzte Möbel). Ausstattung auf der Terrasse dürfte besser sein.
