Great location for a comfortable beach stay!

Great location. Close to Sestri Levante and close walking distance to Lavagna city center which is really cute. Air conditioning was a plus :)

WiFi lacked. They had WiFi but It didn’t work for anything. And this was pretty disappointing since we really enjoyed the apartment but this aspect was bad, and can be difficult for travelers that don’t have an Italian phone plan.

Spacious Apartment

The Apartment has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony to sit outside, a living room with AC, a bathroom with a good running shower and a bedroom. The Wifi is also good! Lavagna is a good place to start day trips from there, around the Apartment there are free parking lots available. If you travel around by train you walk 15 minutes to the trainstation in Lavagna and 20 to Chiavari (which has a lovely center). Davide is a really friendly owner, you can ask any question (call/WhatsApp) and get an answer very quick.

Everything you need.

Appartment has all the facilities you can think of. When travelling with an infant this appartment is very suitable. Childseat and camping bed included. Also pets are welcome. The location of the appartment is very nice for small day trips. Trainstation, beach and harbor are on walking distance and parking facilities are great (and free). Staff is friendly and super helpful.

Ein gemütlicher Ort zum Wohlfühlen und recht zentral.

Das Appartment befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Positiv: Man ist nicht unter Touristen sondern inmitten italienischer Familien. Hinweis: Der Wohnungseigentümer/Vermieter wohnt ein paar Minuten entfernt. Deshalb empfiehlt es sich, ihn kurz vor der Ankunft telefonisch zu kontaktieren. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet. Für Selbstversorger ist die separate Küche und der große Esstisch klasse. In weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Hafen, an dem sich auch zwei Tauchbasen befinden (für mich besonders wichtig). Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Die reizvolle Innenstadt von Lavagna und auch Supermärkte kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist auch der Strand von Chiavari. Ich habe mich in diesem Appartment sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich hatte sehr viel Glück, dass ich am Ankunftstag einen Parkplatz zum Ausladen meines Gepäcks fand. Die übrige Zeit hatte ich einen Parkplatz auf dem Hafengelände gemietet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist nicht so schön. (Für mich war das aber überhaupt kein Kriterium bei der Wahl des Appartments.) Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Das fiel mir aber nur abends auf, wenn die Leute fern sahen.
