Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and very responsive throughout our visit. They provided great tips for exploring the city and nearby areas, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beautiful garden was a lovely bonus, perfect for relaxing. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Appena arrivati c era il padre del titolare della casa con un foglietto per spiegare le cose, abbiamo chiamato giorni prima per sapere se in casa avremmo trovato caffe zucchero etc ,il titolare ci ha detto che avremmo trovato tutto. Abbiamo trovato mezzo rotolo di carta igienica e neanche un tovagliolo in cucina, mezzo dito di salone per i piatti per due giorni, caffè vecchio , cereali vecchi. Camino attappato e chiuso davanti, in cucina solo acqua fredda per lavare i piatti,sciacquone del bagni rotto,non si potevano accendere più di due fornelli che staccava la corrente , perché il titolare aveva impostato così l utilizzo , stessa cosa staccava col forno acceso e con un solo fornello . Lucernai sul soffitto quindi non si può dormire la mattina un po di più...che dire Genovese doc!!!

Perfekt!

Ich war nun bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und es wird garantiert nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein – ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Der Kontakt mit Christian ist wie immer absolut unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Bei Fragen ist er jederzeit erreichbar und hilft sofort weiter, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Lage ist für mich perfekt: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt, in nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man einen größeren. Für Hundebesitzer besonders praktisch – in fußläufiger Nähe (5 bzw. 10 Minuten) gibt es gleich zwei Geschäfte mit Tierbedarf und Tiernahrung. Auch kulinarisch ist man bestens versorgt: gleich um die Ecke eine hervorragende Pizzeria, und in nur drei Minuten erreicht man das Barcelleria Steakhouse – absolut empfehlenswert! Das Haus selbst ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlfühlt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Posizione comoda. Casa molto bella. Proprietario super accogliente, disponibile e comprensivo. Locale ben riscaldato e comodo. Coperte e asciugamani presenti per ogni ospite. Smart TV e wifi. 1 camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 camera singola e 1 divano letto adatto a due persone.

Avremmo gradito una chiave per il bagno, che non era presente e la porta della camera matrimoniale non era funzionante. Avremmo gradito più utensili da cucina: piatti e stoviglie contati, poche pentole e nessuna ciotola o tovaglia.

Siamo stati benissimo! La casetta è molto confortevole ed ha tutto l'occorrente, non manca proprio nulla. Anche il giardinetto è molto carino e comodo per chi viaggia con un cane, come nel nostro caso. Torneremo volentieri!
