The property is spacious, perhaps newly built with modern equipment. There is washing machine, dishwasher as well. I rated the location 10, however, be aware, the map does not lie... Its a half an hour walk from the train station, maybe without a nine year old this can be done faster.
The lack of proper knife and a wooden spoon. It is really hard to cook without these, albeit not impossible.

Exceptional
The apartment was much larger and nicer than anticipated and lacked nothing. We felt very welcome, comfortable and safe here and it was nice to have the AC in the heat! It was a 15min walk to the city center but we prefer it that way and there are busses. Such a lovely place!

La struttura si trova a due passi dalla fermata dell’autobus, è spaziosa e c’è il parcheggio privato. L’host è stata molto accogliente e ospitale :)

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Gastgeberin wohnte im gleichen Haus,so dass wir bei Fragen schnell und unkompliziert mit Ihr sprechen konnten. Die Fewo befand sich in einer ruhigen Randlage der Stadt . Bad und Küche waren modern eingerichtet.
Für die deutschen Gäste wäre eine Kaffeemaschine sinnvoll.

A livello di prezzo era la struttura migliore nei paraggi Buon collegamento coi mezzi. Lenzuola pulite, sanitari puliti, come da aspettativa Apprezzata la Smart TV con il WiFi connesso
Pavimento sporco con segni indelebili non documentato, tanto da dover comprare le cose per pulirlo e comunque non risolvere nulla. La posizione è scomoda, per muoversi verso il centro/mare è necessario fare i biglietti del pullman o in alternativa fare camminate chilometriche. Non è colpa della struttura, ma è da tenere in considerazione la spesa non indifferente di questo. La cucina non é perfettamente fornita, mancando di utensili abbastanza necessari (es. Grattugia, pentolino, spugnetta di ferro, spugna per pulire i piatti..) Il piano ad induzione era sporco, probabilmente da chi ci ha preceduto Il frigo è piccolo, non è possibile utilizzarlo per conservare cibo se non per un paio di giorni max Abbiamo avuto una piccola infestazione di formiche, proveniente da uno stipite della porta scorrevole nonostante non sia stato lasciato alcun cibo esposto. Non ci sono tende, fortunatamente in bagno la finestra oscurante, ma di certo non è piacevole stare in camera da letto o in sala senza tende e potendo coprire solo con le tapparelle, avendo quindi difficilmente luce naturale in camera. insomma, poca privacy. Gli specchi della stanza sono tutti pieni di aloni, con tanto di armadio mezzo scassato Il letto è particolarmente scomodo per una coppia, per qualche motivo si crea una conca al centro in cui finiscono entrambi. Paradossalmente invece è comodo dormendoci da solo

La posizione poco distante dal centro e comoda ai servizi. Il parcheggio affianco l’ingresso dell’appartamento.
Il divano letto non molto comodo e posto in cucina dove era impossibile oscurare completamente l’ambiente per il riposo notturno
