Un piacevole soggiorno

Buona posizione dell'appartamento in una zona servita di negozi e parco giochi per bambini. Usufruendo dei sottopassaggi si arriva sul lungomare in circa 15 minuti a piedi. Si può facilmente trovare parcheggio o sotto casa o nelle vie adiacenti. Ho soggiornato qui per una settimana con mio figlio, la moglie e due bimbi di 1 e 4 anni. L'appartamento è adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli: è al piano ammezzato, quindi non è difficile accedervi con un passeggino. In più abbiamo molto apprezzato di trovare il lettino e un seggiolone per la bimba piccola. La cucina è molto spaziosa e ben fornita di tutto il necessario (stoviglie e pentole, etc.) per cucinare e in più dotata di quei piccoli accorgimenti, quali lo zucchero, il sale e i condimenti oppure il detersivo per lavare i piatti che fa sempre piacere trovare. Inoltre in un piccolo sgabuzzino si trova tutto l'occorrente (scope, stracci, etc.) per tenere l'appartamento pulito con bimbi piccoli che giocano spesso per terra. C'era anche uno stendino, un po' piccolo ma nuovo e funzionale anche perché nel pomeriggio sui due balconi arriva il sole e tutto asciuga subito. Anche il soggiorno è comodo e funzionale. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali sono molto spaziose e ben organizzate. La terza purtroppo NO. Nel bagno grande ci sono tutti i sanitari ma NON c'è una vasca da bagno. La doccia funziona molto bene anche se sarebbe meglio avere una chiusura più ermetica anziché una tendina. C'è anche una lavatrice efficiente e comodissima per chi ha bimbi piccoli e deve fare tanti brevi lavaggi. Inoltre la host ci ha fornito gentilmente il detersivo. Comodissimo anche trovare il sapone per le mani e salviette/accappatoi da bagno in abbondanza. Nel bagno piccolo c'è solo un Wc e un lavandino ma è comunque comodo.

La terza camera da letto è molto piccola. Non c'è un vero letto ma un canapé SENZA materasso di poco più di una piazza dove è IMPOSSIBILE dormire perché è durissimo. Ci ho provato a dormire la prima notte ma il giorno dopo avevo la schiena a pezzi, bloccata. Per la sua ubicazione al piano ammezzato con altri palazzi intorno attaccati, l'appartamento è molto buio e caldo. Bisogna tenere le finestre chiuse di notte per non sentire il rumore dei treni che passano proprio di fianco allo stabile. Consiglierei un impianto di aria condizionata o quantomeno di sostituire i ventilatori a piantana che sono vecchissimi, sporchi e poco funzionali (accendendo quello bianco ci si ritrovava un "nevischio" bianco che non ho ben capito se provenisse dall'apparecchio stesso o dall'intonaco dei muri).

Comodo appartamento vicino al mare

Secondo anno che alloggiamo in questo appartamento. Posizione fantastica per vicinanza alle spiagge e per i servizi (negozi, farmacia, edicola, parco giochi). Ideale per famiglie con bambini. L'appartamento è spazioso con lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Connessione internet veloce e stabile per chi come me lo ha usato per smart working.

Suggerisco qualche piccola sistemazione, come cambiare la tenda della doccia o uno stendino più grande per i teli

Lagom stort för 6 personer och det fanns allt man behövde. Kul att bo så här i en lägenhet istället för på turisthotell. Nära till mataffärer, restauranger och strand.

Väldigt nära tågrälsen men man vande sig vid ljudet.

Appartamento adatto a famiglie o coppie

Appartamento grande, con 3 camere da letto, un bagno con doccia e uno piccolino con lavandino e wc. Comodissimo per famiglie. Le camere sono grandi, abbiamo montato la next to me (per nostra figlia di due mesi) senza trovare problemi nel collocarla. Vicinissimo al mare e a pochi passi dal centro. Via privata che garantisce quindi tranquillità. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Valentina è molto disponile.

casa carina, vicina al mare, proprietaria gentilissima, ma ci sono tante piccole cose negative

L'appartamento è carino, dotato di tutto, in cucina ci sono tutte le stoviglie e tutto il necessario. situato veramente a 5 minuti dal mare, vicino si trovano tutti i servizi: supermercati, farmacia, ristoranti e bar. La proprietaria è stata super disponibile e gentile!

C'è da considerare che dietro al condominio si trova la ferrovia, quindi si sente ogni treno che passa (come in tutta Chiavari), siccome non c'è l'aria condizionata e le finestre sono aperte non è stato facile dormire per il rumore dei treni e dei lavori. L'appartamento è bello, ma ci sono tante piccole cose che rendono il soggiorno un po' negativo, per esempio non ci sono le tende in una delle camere ed essendo piano terra rialzato ti vedono tutti e non c'è privacy! gli asciugamani in bagno erano maleodoranti, il bagno abbastanza sporco e la tenda della doccia scomodissima, sporca, ammuffita e poco igienica. mentre ti fai la doccia devi stare sempre in ansia per non far allagare tutto. e poi abbiamo dovuto litigare con le luci (per accendere solo la luce e non il ventilatore). alla fine vorrei proporre gentilmente alla proprietaria di cambiare lo stendino per i panni, è vecchio e arrugginito, la ruggine ha rovinato il mio costume bianco, comprare uno nuovo non costa tanto, ma risparmia l'eventuale stress agli ospiti.

Det var veldig romslig/ behagelig for en familie på 6. Oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin var gull, og deilig med de to små terrassene til morgenkaffe og klestørk. Lå i et fint område, ok gangavstand fra togatasjonen.

Nærmere toglinjen enn vi var klar over, men sov stort seg gjennom støyet på natta. På tross av takviftene og åpne vinduer og verandadører kunne det bli ganske varmt innendørs.
