I have requested a full refund for my recent booking at Pasih Kauh Villas as the property was not as advertised. Cancelled immediately on arrival. No response still from Booking>com or property owner, Upon arrival, I discovered several serious discrepancies: The images shown on the website, particularly of the pool, appear to be from a different property. I was told that then Wi-Fi was broken which I was not informed of beforehand. I was told I would be the only guest on the premises, and without wifi and the ability to communicate if something goes wrong, it made me feel unsafe and isolated and scared to stay there. The condition of the property is not as presented online. Due to these issues, I did not feel comfortable staying and made immediate alternative arrangements at Mushroom Beach Bungalows. I have requested a full refund due to the misleading listing and the unsatisfactory and unsafe conditions. No response from the property or Booking host.

Wonderful and perfect place to be. This is the secret spot where you want to be.
The breakfast was super delicious, especially the fresh Orance Juice! The Location was just perfect, very good value for the property. Mushroom Bay ist just 2 Minutes by Walking and there is a super fresh and tasty Nasi Campur Bar on the Properties Ground. Would come back here again when coming to Nusa Lembongan.
Everything was wonderful, there was nothing to say what wasn't just perfect and the staff did the best to make our stay beautiful. I love the place and the area and the Island is so beautiful i really was very happy all the time.

Pleasant
We liked how close it was at the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was of good quality but do not expect high class breakfast. We also like the pool very much.
We would have liked fresh towels, towels in the bathroom and enough toiletpaper. Those are little things but we had to ask for everything and it was not provided. We were there for three nights and for example they did not clean the garbage bins in our rooms for those three nights. A bit more of those services and we would have been happy to stay.
