The Cozy Villas Lembongan

Everything!!! The room was nice and cold (and warm as you like as they have think comforter). The pool was great too. They also have a restaurant that serves the best pork ribs! The place is near great sunset spots too where we spent most of our afternoons :)) Also, the owner, Papa (yes we call him papa hehe) is very accommodating and kind. He makes sure everything we need is in order be it in our villa or our tour in the nusa islands. We will make sure to be back here and stay longer next year.

The property itself is beautiful, with a very well-maintained garden and a really comfortable pool area. The location is relatively quiet and away from the liveliest part of the island, which is nice if you are looking for some peace and quiet. It is also relatively close to the harbour, although you will need transportation (like a scooter) to get around the island. The bed was very comfortable and had a mosquito net, which was a great plus.

The owners/staff were not always as helpful as we would have expected. There was no drinking water provided during our stay. As tap water is not suitable for drinking, we asked for some bottles of water and were told that we had to pay for them. We also had some difficulty finding a scooter. We were simply told that they had none available, rather than being helped to contact local rental shops. We ended up having to walk quite a long way to find a place that had scooters available. In our previous accommodations, the hosts had usually contacted rental shops and arranged for the scooter to be delivered to the property, so we would have appreciated the same kind of assistance here. The bathroom is outdoors, which means that insects and animals can occasionally get in. We had a very large lizard constantly in our bathroom, as well as some spiders, which may not be ideal for everyone. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The drain had quite a lot of hair in it and there was a strange, sticky substance around it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful, very green and peaceful, with a lovely deep pool. Scooters are available for rent, breakfast is included, and the restaurant has a great selection of food, including delicious grilled dishes. The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful — they made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A small suggestion: it would be great to add some fresh fruit or juice to breakfast and provide towels by the pool. Overall, everything was great and we would happily come back! ❤️

It was a nice bungalow.

Nothing major, but when there is a need for the mosquito nets, it is an advantage if they are intact. I am a person who appreciates drying myself on a towel that smells good after I shower.
