Great value for the money

Spacious bungalow and are based in the good location, you even can walk to several beaches. Ketut was very friendly and organized whatever you needed.

Wonderful personalised villas

The villa's were well kept, beds were comfortable and location was within walking distance to Dream beach snd Sandy beach which makes it an ideal base to explore the surrounding area. The owner and staffs went out of their way to accommodate us by arranging last minute excursions, taxis and allowing a much longer check out time than the usual. We would definitely go back here again.

TV didn't work and several power outages made it uncomfortable for a while. Outages as I understand it is not the properties fault.

Amazing

We liked how quite and clean the property was, pool was great, they also had a place to book activities which was cheaper than most on trip advisor and they were very good. We done the snorkelling trip saw manta rays and the penida trip which was very good, staff were very polite and helped with everything.

Staff were extremely nice and it’s good value for money. Helped with scooter rental and taxi services.

Strange smell of horse manure from our room. The place was cleaned daily but still had a dirty feeling to it. Breakfast was below average but decent value for money. Facilities in room are poor, bathroom had no mirror or roof which was a concern due to the amount of mosquitoes. Wi-Fi did not work at night and was just working to send text, check socials during the day.

Absolutely beautiful oasis in Lembongan

Absolutely beautiful oasis in Lembongan. You can walk 15 min to mushroom bay or 5min to dream beach. Perfect location, peaceful but enough around the area, lots of food/drink options. Hopefully it stays this way, love this spot, so much more peaceful than other parts of Bali

We stayed at the Cozy villas between the 13 and the 15 of august. First when we arrived around 2 pm the room was not ready, but that’s okay we can wait. We went to the restaurant while they were preparing the room. She also informed us that people would come to clean the room the next day between 1/2 pm as a standard of the hotel and nobody ever came. Don’t say something that is not respected after. When we arrived in the room the fridge was blocked and not cold, again, it could happen. There were still spider cobwebs around the curtains. Our room was just beside the restaurant, the issue is that the room had no isolation from the noise. We understand that there is a service in the evening but I don’t understand why the staff stays there until over 1 am having fun when there are guest next door. After that first night we received a message at 7.35 am asking how our stay had been and also received a message from booking as if we had finished our stay. We gently replied that we were still there (photo in copy) when the person answered being that they never presented themselves so we did not know who we were talking too answered in a way that we did not understand. Only trying to sell us packages or transportation. We went out and came back for lunch at the restaurant I had a “Caesar salad” that did not have chicken or bacon or anchovies or egg as all traditional Caesar salad or at least they just have chicken. I asked for some extra chicken why not but I can tell you I was very disappointed when I saw a side size salad with 3 small pieces of chicken that I was charged 20 k for the extra chicken. 85k for a side salad is a bit of a rip off from my point of view. We then booked with the lady of the reception a taxi for a drop off at our fast boat during the afternoon, for the next morning. She informed us that the pick up would be 8.40am and that the price was 150k (when all other taxis are 100k for 2 people) saying that it was a busy location.

Toilet ran continuously and was a bit wobbled when sitting. Hot water hit and miss but that seems to be a thing. Food was a long wait for a group, but felt that wasn’t really too much of an issue as was delicious when arrived seemed to be the same in Lembongan at some places.

A little far from the main hustle and bustle of Lembongan - totally acceptable if you’re on a budget and don’t mind gett

The staff were the highlight here - especially the main young girl at reception.

We were expecting a singular villa style accomodation- instead we were wall to wall with a bunch of young tourists who stayed up late and woke up at 5am partying / playing music and chatting. The walls were paper thin so we got next to no sleep - I could literally hear them cough. the staff said they couldn’t move either of us so we just had to deal with it? The lights in our bedroom were SO dim I could barely see anything at all unless the doors were wide open which in turn gave us no privacy. The bathroom could definitely use some renovations.

Nice staff, average accommodation

The staff here were lovely—friendly, helpful, and clearly trying to make a good impression. They helped with our bags, kept the pool sparkling, and provided genuinely kind service throughout our stay.

Now, before I dive in, let me be clear: we’re not fussy travellers. We knew we were booking mid-range accommodation. That said, there were a few surprises that even our expectations hadn’t budgeted for. The villa looks charming in the photos—but in real life, it’s more “Pinterest DIY” than “tropical escape.” The wooden walls are made from single, uninsulated slabs with gaps you can literally see daylight through. This gave us front-row audio to the motorbikes buzzing along the nearby road and the screaming toddler in the room downstairs every morning and night. Not quite the peaceful island soundtrack we had imagined. Inside, storage was... minimal. There was a clothing rack outside, but unless you’re styling a clothing collection for the breeze, it didn’t quite do the trick (and no, you can’t hang your dinner dress on it). And then there’s the bathroom. If you’ve ever wanted to shower under the stars while also soaking your toilet, this place has you covered—well, half-covered. Literally. Our upstairs villa featured a half-roof design that looked less intentional and more like they ran out of tiles. The shower was fully exposed, right next to the toilet, so every wash turned the whole bathroom into a splash zone. Water pressure was fleeting: two minutes of waiting, 45 seconds of pressure, then… a gentle trickle. Not ideal when two sweaty humans return from a day of sunscreen and sightseeing. The shower head also had a rebellious streak and sprayed everywhere except at us, until the staff kindly fixed it the next day. Us: 0, Shower: 1. The WiFi worked—sometimes—but rarely when we really needed internet. The power also went out multiple times during our stay. This led to the AC not working and our room getting really warm. However, given the island location, we’re chalking that up to geography rather than the property. In summary: the staff were lovely, the pool was great… but the bathroom felt like an accidental waterpark.

Excellent location. Dream Beach is the nicest beach on the island and Sandy Bay beach club is excellent. Both are an easy walk away. Great restaurants nearby - especially for breakfast. Amazing staff - super helpful.

Needs maintenance

Dios the reception person did an excellent job trying to solve the many problems that a hotel that lacks maintenance has. She deserves a raise. The pool was well maintained and the daily cleaning of the room was appreciated.

Did not have water numerous times. The internet was inconsistent. Did not have hot water numerous times. The air conditioner failed in the middle of our stay. Dila solved these problems but it was annoying and something was constantly wrong.

The villas were lovely and were tidied every day. The pool was great. Staff were great too! Location was easy walk to beaches and restaurants.

Food was not great and breakfast was the same every morning. The pancakes were sooo heavy! I had the mahi fish one evening which was so dry it was inedible!

Great stay for a relaxed holiday.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the bathroom very big. The breakfast menu is small but delicious and you can take several items. It is a quiet spot for a chill holiday.

There is nothing I did not like. Just note the location is very close to dream beach but farther from the diving and excursions shops in Mushroom Bay. You can walk there in about 20mins though. Definitely bring cash with you, the ATMs are not very reliable. Manu restaurants do take cards.

Great location, peaceful but only a quick walk to yoga, Dream Beach and Sandy Bay. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help, very grateful to them especially Dila, Michael and Ketut.

Occasionally didn’t have hot water but it never bothered me as it was so hot outside the water was still lukewarm.

Extremely helpful and welcoming. Vincent's English was good which made things easier when you don't speak Indonesian. Nothing asked was too much, they were all so eager to help and make us feel welcome. Definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back and stay again! Thanks guys!!!

Not a criticism as such but our hut didn't have bamboo blind on verandah like the others so afternoon sun made it hot for sitting and enjoying beautiful surrounds. There was no hot water but hey, who needs it when the weather is so warm anyway!

Very good stay overall

The place is amazing! Great location very close to awesome restaurants (please do try Tropical Juice Corner, it's divine!). Very comfortable!

There is a reception, but no one is ever there, it's pretty hard to find someone when we need something. We had a problem with the AC (it was always on, we couldn't turn it off), and although the staff said someone would come to fix it, nobody came. They asked us to move to another room, so the problem was fixed, but it required us to keep searching and talking with them. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom, but that is normal, the bathrooms are kind of open to the outside.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Hotel was able to pick us up at the pier and also helped us arrange motorbike rental which was great. We enjoyed it all so much we added an extra day to our stay.

Shower hot water was not hot at all… but we did enjoy that it was outdoors.

Pleasant

Perfect location near restaurants and dream beach. Near a lot of places where you can rent scooters and organize tours. The swimming pool is nice. Breakfast is simple but nice and the staff are really very friendly.

It seemed to me that the place really needs an upgrade. Our airconditioning and hot water did not work. I know that hot water doesn’t work in a lot of places but it’s a bit cooler here in the morning and at nights so intrapt did miss this. WiFi was hardly available so don’t combine work and pleasure here. And it just missed some practical things like a drying reck, a small fridge etc.

The cosy villas were quite the shock to my friend and I.... the photographs are very misleading as to what to expect. Location isn't great as to get to the more lively parts of the island you will have to get a taxi (incredibly bumpy, very uncomfortable due to the roads) or a scooter. Firstly, the owner had said via WhatsApp message that he would arrange a taxi for us. Whenever we arrive at the beach on the island, I messaged to follow up on the taxi and I was told all of a sudden that they couldn't pick us up. When we did arrive to the accommodation via different taxi services, the room was a lot less that what we were anticipating. It was incredibly dark, minimal lighting, holes in the bed linen, no bedside tables. The bathroom was soaking wet upon our arrival, every surface, soaking. They had just been in to hose down the bathroom as it turned out. The toilet barely flushed and there was no hot water available for the entirety of our stay. The water bottles and toilet paper was not replenished, nor the room cleaned during our stay and the young staff were hard to find at times. However, one of the worst aspects of our stay had to be the noise. The noise of the rooms next door, the noise of the staff from 8am in the morning and what we believe to have been a rat within the walls and roof space of the accommodation which caused horrific noise throughout the night. All I can say is that it was the worst place that my friend and I had the misfortune of staying whilst on our bali holiday, we had stayed in three different accommodations previous to staying here. It was honestly not worth the money we paid at all and particularly if you value your sleep and the basic amenities (hot water, properly functioning toilet etc) I would avoid staying here at all costs.

Good

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The location is good - close to the beach and some restaurants, and easy enough to travel around without a scooter.

The room was quite dark (insufficient lighting). It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as well. Often when we tried to find staff we couldn't find anyone. The breakfast at the restaurant was a little bit disappointing as it was quite basic.

Exceptional

Really nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. The room was super clean with very comfortable bed. Swimming pool area is nice and there is a restaurant which is the part of the hotel with delicious grilled food. Easy walk to mushroom bay too. The owner of the place was super kind and offered to take us to the water taxi early morning thank you. Good to know there is a tuk-tuk available for pick ups :)
