Kindest staff, peaceful and quiet accomodation in the most incredible location. Could lay there all day!

The pool area was gorgeous and it being at the end of the beach was incredible. So quiet, most incredible view and walking distance to mushroom bay and so many beautiful restaurants and local earrings.

The bathroom could use a bit of love, but honestly for the price it was all I needed.

The main pool was good with a good view over the sea. The location was central with shops and restaurants nearby. Also a small beach around the corner which was secluded.

There was a lot of maintenance required around the property. The linen was marked and towels had holes.

Lovely but could do with some TLC. Great location.

Loved the beds so large and comfortable. Looked lovely. The pool in between rooms was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and looked after us. We left something important behind and they organised to get it back to the mainland. We then had a driver pick it up for us. Great views from the restaurant and bar. Food and drink prices were very fair. The location is walking distance from Mushroom Beach, local Warungs and shopping.

The electrical cords were easily tripped on over the paths. The wiring and lamp switches weren't good. Only one lamp on the bedside actually worked and that switch was hard to use. The smell of the bathrooms was over powering with moth balls and urinal smelling balls. But it was better than a sewerage smell. The water pressure in bathrooms was non existent. Would have liked a table and chairs in the main open living area near the pool. We moved the outside furniture inside.. Community pool was good and could look out over the beach in front.

Little gem in need of a bit of maintenance.

Fantastic pool with unbeatable view. Extremely close to Mushroom Bay. Quiet location. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked very well. Great friendly staff. Very simple breakfast included

The bungalows are in need of a bit of maintenance. Lightbulbs need replacing in room and bedside lamp. Toilet seat broken. We had no hot water the first night. They fixed the problem promptly giving us at least warm ish water for the rest of our stay. Room had a lot of cobwebs etc. the cupboard was broken and couldn’t be opened. No fridge or safe in the room. Only 1 bottle of water on arrival, not replaced daily. Would be great to have a table in the bathroom to put your things on. There is also a massive resort building right next to bungalows.

Not a place I would recommend

First of all the room size wasn’t 80 m2 like it was advertised in Booking.com . Bedroom was probably 30 m2 only. TV wasn’t on the wall, just laying on the counter. Cleaning needed to be requested as you need to remember to leave the key at the reception. There is quite a lot of stairs at least to rooms situated more up . There is also a huge hotel construction ongoing just neighboring this place. Even though it’s on beachfront, there is no beach for swimming, nearest beach is the Mushroom beach, which is lovely. In this place you will see that it hasn’t been maintained anymore!

Stunning view but everything dated

The view from my deluxe bungalow was beautiful. The view from the pool and restaurant was breathtaking. Garden was very nice and cleaned well every morning.

The sheet on my bed had a little hole but smelled well. The entrance to the hotel was old, actually everything there was dated. My room was huge but it needs to be painted.

Making a comeback

It's a great little hotel with a lot of potential. It's obviously recovering from covid. The staff were excellent.it was a great place to relax and chill out.

The room was big and well cleaned and it was at the beach front.

Not near to the harbour, restaurants and other nice things to do at the island. You will need a scooter if you wish explore different places. The pool bar wasn’t working.

Staff were friendly, helpful & obviously embarrassed about how the owner lets the place run down.

The property is totally run down. Someone else was in our rooms when we arrived…. We had a regular room and the ‚pool villa‘ - which is just 2 rooms with a pool in the middle but in a 2 storey building. Rusty keys. No hot water. Old worn out towels. No amenities. No furniture in the room except bed & side table. No furniture at all in living room. Broken kitchen appliances. ‚Villa‘ Pool not working right (Light broken, no overflow - excuse, not enough water) so we never went in to avoid any poisoning. Resort Pool same thing. We were told breakfast would only be toast, butter & jam as the booking was a discount booking from booking.com Eggs would cost US$ 4 for 2 eggs Tried to rip us off for US$ 20 for 3 minute car ride - luckily we walked & the Restaurant would have done a free pick-up as most here do Booking.com should blacklist this Hotel until it completes its post pandemic renovations - which are going on so you are basically on a building site as well.

my target is mainly snorkeling trip, then this hotel surely can arrange and serve the guess well.

The staff was good and willing to help. The kitchen chef was excellent, the food was modified for non chilli pepper eater. The hotel manager Mr. Ketut was arranging our snorkeling trip, and nusa penida land tour for those photos object tourism object by car and a guide. those are excellent. The hotel sea view was good during high tide. The bed was comfy, but the bed room shall have ceiling roof to cover all area inside the room otherwise so much energy for aircon is wasted as currently happen. Sometime, practical energy saving is more important than aesthetic traditional look. In overall, I noted that the bungalow was in a challenging area with insect. Hope the hotel owner can change his philosophies for building material selection for the bungalow and thriving in the future.

The water shower shall be re arrange for the height, it should be not more than 1.8 meter. Otherwise use a flexible shower hose.

Komunikasi staff 1 arah 🤣 Bed tua tiap rubah arah tidu ada ringtonenya 🤣 Breakfast nya nope.. Masuk kabar banjir karena AC habis bocor dan service, bgtu minta keset dijawab ga ada masih d cuci 🤣 Toilet nope.. Air kicik kali, sabun nya batangan dan kicik. 😅

Estar con vistas al mar

Las areas comunes estaban muy dejadas, en la habitación por la noche se escuchaban las ratas en el techo y era imposible dormir, toda la madera está llena de bichitos lo que hace que todo el suelo tenga bolitas por todos lados y en 4 días no nos limpiaron la habitación ni una vez. Tienes que coger la moto para ir a cualquier lugar desde allí.
