Nanuk's Bungalows

The room was bright and lovely. Not traditional style but had hints of tradition, I liked the balance of new style and old. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe and clean. The pool and dining area was open and social. The bungalows around the pool area appeared dated and dull so it brought the vibe down. It needed more tropical plants to make it a bit more lush. But overall great. Massage places galore in the same street, easy walk to everything. Good wifi. Nice breakfast. Staff were young and friendly and helpful.

Overall a bit dated and dull- needed refreshing.

It was authentic and cozy. Great location and lovely huts and grounds.

It was beautifully designed.

I loved the lovely traditional style huts and the way they felt so cosy, also practical with. Mosquito net and very good working shower and lovely balcony.

The property has potential but unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to find out

We booked this many months ago and weren’t told at the time of booking there was construction. We booked certain rooms due to having kids and oldies, only to find out once we arrived that they weren’t available. We got upgraded to the one bedroom bungalows but with their narrow stairs these weren’t suitable at all. We stayed one night and moved elsewhere. There is constant noise from construction and the pleasant view of a work site didn’t make the stay pleasant at all for a relaxing beach holiday, the one bedroom bungalow is tiny and couldn’t even fit the spare bed we requested easily, the stairs were so narrow it felt unsafe to climb up or down.
