Fantastic location and the balcony was lovely, the bed is comfortable and large. Fairly well equipped kitchen and fantastic air-conditioning. The ability to drop cases off early before check in is very useful and convenient. Saches of olive oil, salt pepper, coffee and sugar as well as washing up liquid and soap being provided was appreciated. Check in/check our was straight forward and stress free, being able to pay city tax before stay is also a nice touch.
Could have been slightly cleaner in the bathroom and floors, but I appreciate that's difficult when building work is ongoing. Hot water stopped working mid way through stay, but it was so hot outside it didn't impact us, I would expect that this is an unusual issue though due to the ongoing building works.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The location was fabulous. Lots of expensive restaurants close by and short walks to not so expensive restaurants. Everything we wanted to visit was an easy walk to.

Location couldnt get any better. right on the duomo. countless eateries around it.
The building in which this apartment is located is extremely shabby. Also there is no lift so you have to walk the stairs with your luggage till the 2nd floor.
