Maybe more towels could be provided when staying for more than one night. Make guests aware of cash only for city tax before arrival.

That view! But also the location, the manager, the comfy bed, apartment layout... It was not loud either and that surprised us. Would stay again.

The location was excellent. So close to everything. If you are sensitive to sounds, starting at about 4:30 am the street sound is pretty loud. I use a sound machine so it didn’t bother me that much. There was an elevator which was very important on this trip as I had a hurt ankle.

There wasn’t even a bottle of water when we arrived. Nothing to make it feel homey. No soap for the shower. The only thing that was left for customers was tea and a little thing of Kleenex and a small bottle of multi purpose shampoo/conditioner. No place to put anything in the shower. The bathroom was sooo dark you could barely see anything. The shower water was cold after about 3 minutes. The shower in general was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. I guess I could have overlooked all of that but the part I couldn’t overlook is the lack of a good air conditioner. It was 97 degrees outside and it was essential to have a good working air conditioner. I think the host preset air conditioner during the day and night to be 77 degrees so we woke up sweating horribly both nights. It was horrible. Especially because the host mentioned that the control was “too complicated” to use so left us very uncomfortable and basically with little or no control over room temp.
