The apartment was in the perfect location, it was very central. The apartment itself was very clean and and cosy, the AC was lovely during hot nights and the shutters blocked out light to help with sleep.

Estuvimos 3 días. Todo excelente, comenzando por la ubicación se llega caminando a todo y en el corazon de Florencia, estás a 50m de la Santa María de fiore, y muy cerca del mercado central, terminal de trenes, todo. El edificio muy seguro, doble puerta de entrada, el aire acondicionado excelente, el departamento es como en las imágenes, es amplio y la cocina completa, tiene tabla de planchar, ropero amplio, dos secadores de pelo, la vajilla se ve nueva, hay un Carrefour express enfrente hasta las 21. Y restaurantes, heladerías en la calle del hotel. El wifi rápido. La cama es grande y muy cómoda. Nos recibieron muy bien y responde los mensajes rápido, nos aconsejo sobre lugares para comer, dejar equipaje, etc. Cuando llegamos pudimos dejar las maletas en el departamento ya que fue en un horario de limpieza que no estaba ocupado el departamento, incluso pudimos usar el baño antes del check-in. The apartment is spacious and very well located in the center, just next to the cathedral and 15 minutes walk to the railway station. The furnishings are very nice and the entire apartment is very well equipped: in the kitchen nothing is missing,iron and ironing board, strong WiFi, super comfortable bed, and much more. Everything was spotless clean! The host is fabulous, giving good advices about the visit of Florence.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was the noise from the streets at night, even with ear plugs it was still audible. The air conditioning is a bit outdated and quite noisy.
