Amamos a localização, a limpeza. A única coisa que tivemos dificuldade foi achar o numero pelo fato de ter numeros iguais na mesma rua. Tirando isso tudo foi maravilhoso.

Incredible location, a beautiful apartment with lots of room

I didn’t mind this at all but be mindful that between 7am and 8am, the church bells ring, which, in my opinion was fantastic, but I guess not great for those that want to sleep in

Posizione e vista mozzafiato

You can't find a better location. It's a half block from the Duomo. Close to restaurants, attractions, shops and a 15 minute walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station >> convenient. The apartment was much bigger than we needed (2 ppl), and is so close to everything. Two bathrooms which is helpful as well as the washing machine and drying rack for the clothes. There were no tea towels or paper towels provided. The apartment is located in a very old building and a 2-person lift has been installed for convenience. You need to climb a short flight of stairs to access the lift. There are stairs inside the apartment to access the bedrooms and the kitchen and terrace so it's not convenient for mobility impaired individuals.

We were met by someone who seemed very rushed to explain a few things about the apartment and then to rush off. Not overly friendly, we felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. The apartment is in a very old building so some of the walls/rooms and furniture covers seem very 'tired'. The beds are moderately comfortable and the bedrooms have NO decor whatsoever and are very sparse with just a bed and a small lamp - nothing else. Not very warm or welcoming - especially for the very expensive price tag on this place. The terrace has an obstructed view of the Duomo but there is no sun umbrella provided so it's too hot under the direct sun to really make use of the small terrace, even if you wanted to.
