Perfect. An absolute dream.

The location was an absolute dream. the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Enrico went above and beyond and we truly appreciated and loved every moment of our stay. I will be back!! It is a bit far from the centre of town, but we wanted that. Very close to the old town and super close to the most dreamy beach (a bit of a hike down, but worth it!!)

As stated by other reviewers the bed was not the comfiest, but it did not affect me at all as I slept hard every night there and would pass out right away.

No value for money, though a nice view

The view from the room was really nice and the bathroom was modern and clean, as was the bedroom as well.

The biggest disappointment was the bed. It was not comfortable at all as you could feel the bed base through the matras (and no we are not heavy and big) and the pillows were very firm. The breakfast was pretty simple as there were only sweet options. Another disappointment was the fact that there was no washing machine available though the booking.com information stated differently. The appartment was located close to the main road which gave it a short stay vibe and not suitable for multiple nights. Parking was on a narrow, up hill road with a lot of traffic. Summarized: no value for money.

The location and the view is magical. it was one the most amazing vacation of my life. Ventimiglia is a small but wonderful town if you want to have a nice a relaxing time during your vacation. Great breakfast with italian coffee.

Posizione splendida sul mare, ottimale sia per chi si reca a Ventimiglia / Bordighera, sia per chi poi va in Francia a Mentone. Camera spaziosa, pulita, personale gentile e buona prima colazione.

Non è facilissimo posteggiare la macchina.

La posizione, perfetta per raggiungere il centro a piedi e le spiagge in pochi minuti di auto. La gentilezza e discrezione del proprietario. La possibilità di trattenermi nello spazio comune per scrivere e mangiare un boccone, senza dover stare sempre in stanza.

Mi sono trovata davvero bene. Forse l’unico neo, del tutto personale, il letto molto rigido. Io sono abituata a materassi più accoglienti

Dejligt ophold

Skøn udsigt fra balkon og tæt på lille hyggelig strand. Værten var virkelig rar og imødekommende- og meget hjælpsom da jeg havde svært ved transport. Morgenmaden var dejlig og både køkken og værelset var fint og rent. God mulighed for at opbevare og lave mad.

Ligger lidt langt fra stationen og handlemuligheder. Der var beskidt på balkonen og der indendørs lugtede der lidt af røg/sod. Kunne ikke vurderer om det var cigaretrøg eller træk fra pejsen.

Schöne Aussicht.

Die Aussicht ist perfekt, der Balkon großzügig. Einen Kaffee mit der Lavazza Kapselmaschine kann man sich jederzeit selbst machen. Der Frühstücksreum beinhaltet auch eine Küchenzeile inkl. Kühlschrank.

Bei der Ankunft standen wir eine Stunde vor der verschlossenen Türe bis wir bei Booking.com angerufen haben. Dort wurde uns hervorragend gehofen. Der Besitzer war wohl eingeschlafen oder so. Wird wahrscheinlich ein einzelfall gewesen sein. Das Frühstück ist knapp bemessen. Es gab nur Portions Marmeladen und Nutella mit einem Brötchen und ein Croissant pro Person. Frisches Obst, Apfelsinen, Bananen und Kirschen. In der Stadt gibt es auch einen Discounter da haben wir uns eingedeckt.

Struttura immersa in un angolo di paradiso, con una vista spettacolare. L’host è stato gentilissimo e la colazione davvero eccezionale, con frutta fresca direttamente dall’orto di famiglia. Un’esperienza davvero fantastica!
