A stunning location, one i recommend to everyone

The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. The location was stunning looking out of our bedroom you could see Monaco and Nice to our right and 200 metres down to the sea.

Nice place, great views!

Amazing views and spotless clean! Everyone we came across was super nice and friendly, the room has a good size and it's very comfortable for a few nights. Located in Ventimiglia Alta so quite hillly which is something to be mindful of (the lift in the tunnel can be useful coming back from the centre).

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially as we stayed 4 nights and the table was left set up exactly the same everyday except from croissants taken in the morning. It would be nice to have different options from time to time, and less industrialised products. A toaster instead of a sandwich maker or some ham for a sandwich could be useful. 😉

The location was amazing, the view from the room and from the pool is amazing. There is a nice shared terrace near the rooms and also near the pool. Silent area, no noise of traffic.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. For a B&B we expected more fresh products. Only the croissants were fresh. No fresh bread, spreads, juice... You cannot make it completely dark in the room, There is light coming in from outside terrace lights.

it felt like home.

I like the location up in the hill with an amazing the view to the Mediterranean Sea, the kitchen and the patio, are shared with other guests, are very comfortable to make a tea at any time of the day, read, work if needed. They are located at a walking distance (a little strenuous, up and down the hill) to a small hidden beach. We had the room for three people and our bathroom was private but it was across the shared hallway. Not a problem for us. They have an amazing swimming pool with another big patio area and view to the sea. the weather was cold for us to go there. I am sharing photos of the view form the upper patio (next to the kitchen) and the kitchen.

the location is amazing: 15 minutes walking or even less to Ventimiglia's old town and the restaurants in the harbour area! The staff does not speak good english, but they do their best for the guests

What a wonderful hidden gem! Everything was so perfect, the view, the pool, the dinner that we could order from the host's restaurant staurant (brought to us), the breakfast... My only regret was that I stayed one night only! Definitely coming back with my daughter

Top Lage mit Abstrichen

Die Lage am Berg mit der phantastischen Aussicht ist ein Traum! Es gibt eine schöne, schattige Terrasse zum Frühstücken oder zum Aufs-Meer-Schauen. Ausreichend Poolliegen und Sonnenschirme am Infinity-Pool. Es gibt eine Dusche und eine Toilette am Pool. Ebenso Pool-Handtücher. Man kann dort gut relaxen.

Unser Zimmer (Nr.1) war winzig klein, für Gepäck ist kein Platz. Da muss man kreativ werden. Das Bett war dementsprechend schmal. Das winzige Bad hatte die Anmutung eine Einbauschranks. Für 3 Nächte ok, länger würde ich nicht bleiben wollen. Die Anlage ist leider nicht gut geführt. Die Besitzer rauchen auf ihrer Terrasse unter unserem Fenster, so dass der Rauch in unser Zimmer zog. Zudem laufen die Hunde unangeleint in der Anlage, ein Hund war auch aggressiv. Unser Unbehagen darüber verhallte, denn niemand spricht/versteht Englisch. Das Frühstück besteht, mit Ausnahme von Obst, aus verpackten Industrie-Nahrungsmitteln. Der schöne Pool hat auch schon Grünspan, das Reinigungsgerät, das am Pool stand, blieb zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes unbenutzt. Die Auflagen für die Poolliegen wurden nachts nicht reingeholt und waren am nächsten Tag nach einem nächtlichen Regenguss nass. Schade, aber die niedrige professionelle Niveau lässt für uns keine bessere Beurteilung zu.

Il B&B è davvero un posto meraviglioso, un vero angolo di paradiso immerso nella natura. La pace e la tranquillità regnano sovrane, regalando un'esperienza di totale relax. Il giardino è un vero spettacolo, un trionfo di piante fantastiche come il banano, il limone e i fichi d'India, che contribuiscono a creare un'atmosfera magica e rilassante. Ma il vero punto di forza è la piscina a strapiombo sul mare. È un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile: potersi tuffare in acqua dopo una giornata in spiaggia, sentendo il verso dei gabbiani e ammirando la vista mozzafiato, è un vero privilegio. La tranquillità che si respira in questo luogo è impagabile. Le camere, seppur arredate in modo semplice, sono confortevoli e accoglienti. La cucina è un plus notevole: sempre a disposizione degli ospiti, è ricca di snack e di tutto il necessario per la colazione. La colazione è un momento speciale. Farla nel terrazzino con vista mare, gustando le brioche appena sfornate, rende ogni risveglio un'esperienza da sogno. In sintesi, un soggiorno che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca pace, bellezza e un contatto profondo con la natura.

Un angolo di paradiso

L'affaccio sul mare è mozzafiato, la disponibilità e la simpatia di Edith straordinarie e bellissime sono sia la piscina a sfioro che le piante e gli alberi. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzetto di cuore a Solo, Birò e Gilda, che fanno parte di questa splendida realtà.

Der Ausblick ist phänomenal, sowohl von der Terrasse aus als auch vom Zimmer aus blickt man auf das tolle azurblaue Meer. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und Personal.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, ein Zimmer hat das Bad nicht direkt im Zimmer, sondern man musste über den Flur gehen. Das zweite Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, jedoch viel zu klein ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten. Keine Klimaanlage.

Trés agreable et bien situé.

Tres belle chambre avec une cuisine partagée tres bien équipée. Petit dej tres copieux. Piscine tres agreable. Juste à la sortie du vieux Vintimille. Et à 10/15 min d'une plage bien sympa: peu connue, sable, petit bar/resto.

L'acces à pied se fait via la route. C'est 5 min à pied de la sortie de la vieille ville.

Posizione tranquilla un po' scomoda da raggiungere ma struttura, paesaggio e panorama stupendo. Accoglienza, servizi e colazione molto apprezzati.

Caldaia per l'acqua calda da riparare per difficoltà alla regolazione dell'acqua calda: o bollente o fredda. Doccia in materiale plastico da sostituire, poiché rotta e riparata alla buona.
