Clean Comfortable stay, 8 minute walk to Train Station - easy access to Monaco for F1 race

Hosts were wonderful, They did not communicate well in English but were very patient in helping us to find parking. The bathroom was great. Place was clean. There was a small lift to the 3rd floor (single person with luggage, small). Quick walk to markets, park, and waterfront.

2nd bed was a murphy bed. Suitable for a light person, but not great for a 150# person. Parking is nearly impossible here if you drive, be prepared for a 5 minute walk if you time things right.

Hidden gem in a quiet town

The owners were friendly at check in. The room was spacious and we felt very safe. The private bathroom was wonderful. We have stayed in many hotels and apartments across Europe and this was the first time everything worked and the shower was fantastic. The room has a balcony with a cute view and they provided us with two small water bottles in the mini fridge.

The breakfast was wonderful and the coffee was amazing. The location was great. It was near that beach but also within walking distance of everything in Ventimiglia. The room was immaculately clean!

Amazing space, easy location, nice hosts!

We completely enjoyed our stay, location amazing.. quiet yet super close one block walk to beach boardwalk. Easy and FREE parking welcomed after our stays Milano, Turin, Parma etc.. loved the personal touch with the husband and wife team. So sweet. Happy to have an elevator for the bags- we came with luggage from the USA for a month trip so maybe this doesn’t matter for most people. We enjoyed the fact that one of the 3 rooms on the floor inside the unit was available so that we could walk into it and view out the balcony view that room had as well! All the views felt very traditionally Italian and we thought it was all exotic and very “real” feeling. Ps we were one mother and 2 15 yo girls.. they put a murphy bed in and we fit just fine.

clean room, just 10 mins walking to the main station as well as the main beach strip with loads of restaurants. we were allowed to take the bikes inside and store it on the balcony. friendly owner, had to use Google translate but not an issue.

The couple that welcomed us were very nice (even though they didn’t speak English and we didn’t communicate much). The apartment was clean in good state and overall good value for money. The location is good close to the local beach and there is a paid parking just 3’-5’ walk.

Correcto para una emergencia, pero con llegada algo incómoda

Reservé este hotel por urgencia, prácticamente a las 9–10 de la noche, y fue de las pocas opciones disponibles. En cuanto a relación calidad-precio, estuvo bien para lo que necesitaba en ese momento. Sin embargo, la llegada fue un poco incómoda. El edificio parece ser principalmente residencial, y el hotel funciona dentro de algunos pisos adaptados para hospedaje. Una vez dentro, el lugar se ve tal como mencioné: un apartamento residencial dividido en habitaciones. La limpieza estaba bien, nada que destacar en negativo, y acorde al precio que pagué para una reserva de última hora.

Al tocar el telefonillo me atendió una mujer, pero quien bajó a buscarnos fue un hombre. Éramos dos personas viajando por emergencia y, al subir al ascensor —muy pequeñito—, él entró con nosotras en lugar de simplemente indicarnos el piso. Entiendo que seguramente quería asegurarse de que llegáramos sin problemas, pero la situación me resultó incómoda, más siendo de noche y en un entorno que no conocíamos. Sería ideal que el personal dé instrucciones claras sin necesidad de acompañar al huésped en espacios tan reducidos, sobre todo en horas nocturnas. También ayudaría dejar más claro en el anuncio que se trata de un edificio residencial adaptado, para que quienes reservan lleguen con expectativas correctas.

L'emplacement proche restaurant et de la mer. L'adaptabilité de nos hôtes. La propreté de la chambre et le balcon.

Spontan gebucht und perfekte Auswahl getroffen

Es war ein sehr spontane Übernachtung(aufgrund einer zugverspätung und so verpassen des Anschlusses) Hab erst um 22 Uhr gebucht und dann um kurz vor Mitternacht angekommen. Die zwei waren mega freundlich auch wenn es so spät war und das Zimmer hatte die beste Ausstattung. Alles was man brauchte sogar ein Kühlschrank.
