Sea view, quiet, and very welcoming

Next to the marina in Ventimiglia, a very quiet area, it is very pleasant to sleep listening to the waves on the other side of the street. The staff was extremely friendly, and the neighbors didn't make any noise. Thanks to the tunnel, you can go to the upper part of the city by elevator, or walk to the downtown.

I was there in winter, when many nearby restaurants are closed except on Sundays.

Waste of Money

The kitchen and every facility that was provided in it was good. The balcony's view is beautiful. The storage for luggage is good.

You are paying only for the view and nothing else. For the price of EUR152/night the facilities, structure and amenities provided were nothing but a joke. There was only two soaps and 2 towels given in the bathroom, thats all. There was no washing machine, coffee maker or other upgraded amenities that should be the part of the apartment considering how much they are charging. There was a small TV at the very corner of the room with one plug socket at the back and THAT WAS IT. There were no more additional plug sockets in the room for the ease of use. You can not use the AC/heater because there was no remote in the room. You will find better places in Ventimiglia with alot less price than this and more facilities.

Exceptional

The location is just perfect, few metres from private/public beaches, restaurants and more quiet in the evening compared to the city centre. You can reach the city centre with supermarkets in 10min by walk. Room is adequate, with well equipped kitchenette. I used only a kitchen towel from own resources but otherwise everything you need for meal preparation a cleaning is there. I don’t recommend rooms on the ground floor as they are without terrace and they lack privacy as people from the street can look in. We didn’t know that but the owners were very friendly and helpful, upgrading us to higher floor. I appreciated also that they don’t charge for a dog and I was comfortable to work on their wifi.

la signora che gestisce la struttura è squisita, gentilissima e molto disponibile. tutto in ordine e ben pulito. camera della giusta dimensione, funzionale, con tutto quel che serve. la spiaggia praticamente fuori dalla portafinestra. la zona è tranquilla, ma in poco si trovano i servizi, ristoranti, bar. si parcheggia praticamente davanti alla struttura.. vicino c'è Vesuvio, ristorante non certificato AIC, ma adatto anche per celiaci,

...sinceramente...non saprei. i mobili si vede che sono un pochino passati di moda, ma funzionanti e in ordine. mi interessa di più avere una camera in ordine, pulita e funzionale piuttosto di avere un mobile che incontra i miei gusti estetici ma non funzionale per quel tipo di alloggio.

Läget läget o läget underbar utsikt och om givning hamnen borgen hela strandpromenaden mycket trevlig dam som arbetade där Ett fantastiskt ställe rent lägesmässigt tågstation 8 min bort lätt att ta sig till Italiens städer o franska städer Lite negativt att Ventimiglia inte förändrats mer ingen upplevelse Jag bodde längs kusten för 40 år sen en längre tid o inget har förändrats mer än att du går genom en tunnel o är där vi lägesmässigt bodde med fin hamn frächa hus o restauranger som dag o natt Kan verkligen rekommendera detta apt hotel enda negativt är att sängen skulle behövas uppgraderas i varje fall om man väger runt 90 som min man han kände av det efter tredje dygnet ribbbottnens tid är förbi

Prima naar onze zin gehad weekje begin augustus

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse. De ligging is formidabel, direct aan het strand, het centrum (waaronder op vrijdag tevens grote markt) met carrefour (24u open) en leuke winkels, park en terrasjes op loopafstand. Bij het appartement rechts om de hoek trap naar het oude gedeelte van Ventimiglia (erg mooi) en naar Calandre beach (pittige klim, maar mooi uitzicht onderweg, zandstrandje met leuk barretje om lekker koffie, fris, ijsjes, broodjes te eten) Het appartement was prima, niks bijzonders maar gewoon wel van alles voorzien om te kunnen koken, relaxen, airco!, heerlijk balkon, goede douche en prima bedden

Het was soms even zoeken naar/ wachten op een parkeerplek dichtbij het appartement. (Begin augustus)

Надзвичайно гарний вид з тераси на море та марину з яхтами, навіть Монако видно на горизонті. Розташування відмінне, до моря буквально 3 хвилини пішки. Дуже близько до кордону з Францією. До Монако 30 хвилин на потязі, близько 20 км. Номер чистий і комфортний, є все необхідне для відпочинку. Привітний персонал.

Персонал зовсім не володіє англійською мовою, навіть на базовому рівні.

Rouva vastaanotossa erittäin ystävällinen. Hän ei puhunut englantia mutta, se ei haitannut. Saimme hoidettua kaikki asiat. Huone erittäin siisti. Mukava parveke. Näköala merelle ja kiikareilla näki jopa Monacon niemimaan taloja. Lyhyt matka uimaan. Lähin kauppa noin 300 metrin päässä tunnelia pitkin. Kauppahalliin ja perjantain markkinoille reilut puolikilometriä. Lyhyt matka hissiin josta pääsi yläkaupunkiin.

Unterkunft einfach und gut. Jedoch für mich zu weit weg vom Zentrum.

Balkon mit Meersicht. Sehr sauber. Öffentliche Parkplätze an der Strasse, sind ok. Es war immer etwas frei.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an einem Strand, jedoch war sie für mich zu weit weg vom Zentrum. Auf der anderen Seite des Flusses. Fussläufig weit weg von grosser Restaurant Auswahl.
