Proper and central.

Located only 50m from the mediterranean and great choice of nearby restaurants. Public parking by the beach. Nice little town with all kinds of stores, bars, coffee shops and a market hall. Nice little air conditioned apartment with high quality beds and bathroom interior including washing machine. Super friendly and accommodating host.

No closets for stowing of clothes.

Very close to the beach, and the host was very nice.

The walls were very thin, so I could hear everything the other guests did and said. Also, the air conditioning was not the best.

Our host was very helpful and pleasant and made great efforts to help with our left luggage. The room was spotless. Location was spot on. The chorus of the frogs at night was lovely. The value was very good all round.

Couldn't get Air conditioning to keep running in the evening. Breakfast was simply a coffee machine outside our room and packaged pastries/biscuits in our room - nothing else. Street noise from local motorcyclists late at night...

Go somewhere else.

When we arrived we noticed the sketchy neighborhood, and the "river" was degraded as well. My partner went to the door and instead of a hotel, it was an apartment residence with names ripped off the bells, and the garage door almost completely rusted! We had an arranged time window to arrive. He rang the bell and there was no answer and he waited. He rang the bell again and there was no answer, and he waited again. He thought and I agreed that it was best to get out of there. The whole picture was "off". So we went back to Menton, France and luckily got the last room in a hotel. We have been in contact with booking.com who has said they emailed the host to refund our money, but it's been weeks and we have not gotten a dime. We didn't go inside, but from the look of things, I'm very glad we didn't. And for her to not return our money? Well that goes with the look of the place.

She could have answered the bell, she knew well we were supposed to arrive. But as the outside looked, then receiving no response, we took it as sign to stay away, and we were glad we did.

The room and bathroom were very good. The host was attentive and kind.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom and shower very good! Shower is large size and water pressure and drainage very good.

Checkin time can vary which is beyond guests control during off season. What could have been better was the bed linens and comforter- could be better quality for the money paid for the room. Important to know it is a shared entry room with individual bedroom//bathroom units. Is not a hotel.

Una buona soluzione a Ventimiglia

Ottima soluzione, a pochi minuti a piedi sia dal centro, che dal lungomare e dalla stazione. Tre camere con servizi al primo piano (ma senza ascensore), si arriva ad un atrio dove sono le porte delle tre camere. Camere molto spaziose ed arredate con gusto. Per noi è stata una soluzione ideale, perchè avevamo bisogno proprio di tre camere. Ospite molto genile, ci ha aspettato, e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nell'atrio, visto che partivamo in serata. Consiglio vivamente.

La vista dalle camere non è il massimo, ma il mare è a due passi. Stazione ferroviaria a 10 minuti a piedi, noi eravamo venuti per prendere il treno delle meraviglie, treno storico da Ventimiglia a Tende.

„Antonella“ – ein schönes Zimmer mit einem geräumigen und praktisch eingerichteten Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage ist leistungsstark und angenehm positioniert (sie bläst nicht auf das Bett). Das Fenster bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Fluss und einen seitlichen Blick auf das Meer. Die Eukalyptusbäume am Flussufer duften wunderbar. Die Sonne scheint im Sommer nur morgens hinein. Zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß auf einer ebenen Straße. In die Altstadt dauert es ähnlich lange, aber es geht bergauf. Antonella ist eine sehr aufmerksame und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Sie war stets über WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns erlaubt, das Gepäck nach dem Auschecken im Gemeinschaftsbereich zu lassen.

Maison d'hôtes avec emplacement parfait dans une rue calme, coin entre rivière et mer. Pas mal de canards et autres loiseaux dans rivière. Chambre propre, coquette avec 2 fenêtres dans la sdb et une dans la chambre. Très belle vue et belle lumière. Un resto italien juste en bas, le vieux Vintimille à 2 min à pieds Grande smart TV..

Dans notre tour de l Europe en train, j'ai réservé un séjour de 3 nuits/ 4 jours pour mes 2 enfants (13 et 17ans) et moi environ 4-5 mois à l'avance pour 417 euros. Vintimille est notre étape nr 5 en Italie. Donc 5eme maison d'hôtes. Nous avons utilisé le service de notification et de messagerie de Booking.com pour signaler notre heure d' arrivée vers 14h. L'heure est acceptée. A notre arrivée, nous avons sonné et sonné, puis poireauté dans la rue à presque 30 degrés Personne. Je me rappelle alors le service de téléphone de Booking.com pour appeler le gérant. La,gérante arrive tranquillement et nous ouvre. A noter : Il y a un escalier assez pentu d'une 20aines de marches à monter après avoir passé l entrée. Il n'est pas mentionné ni dans l annonce ni dans la galerie photo. La gérante nous a demandé nos papiers comme la Police l aurait fait. Pas d'explication rien. Et là elle prend en photo nos carte d identité avec son téléphone mobile sans nous demander la permission. GDPR, elle ne doit pas connaître. Elle nous file le trousseau de clefs, celle-là pour la chambre, celle-là pour la porte de l' étage et celle-là et pour entrer dans la maison de la rue. Puis s'en va. Chambre familiale Antonella. Il n y a personne sur place, le bureau d excursions est en tout et pour tout une carte en papier de la ville et 2-3 brochures. Aucune instructions sur le nettoyage journalier des chambres, machine à laver, fonctionnement de la climatisation, la machine a café. Se débrouiller tout seul oui mais bon faut quand même le minimum. Nous restons 4 jours tout de même. La gerante me l a écrit par 2 fois, ,c'est une maison d'hôtes pas un B&B. Mais oui je le sais bien, j ai réservé et payé en connaissance de cause. Pendant que nous prenons nos marques dans la chambre, d' autres visiteurs sonnent a la porte. Et sonnent et sonnent et re-sonnent.10 min plus tard ils reviennent et rebelotte.
