We do not recommend this property!

We only liked two things about the property: its location and the cleaning lady, who kept the room tidy and clean.

We don't really understand why this property has received such positive reviews. The bed was soft and consisted of two semicircular parts (the bed itself was round), which were not fastened together and constantly moved apart. On the day of arrival (when booking, we specified an arrival time between 3 and 4 p.m.), we arrived at 5.30 p.m., as we were travelling from another country. Upon arrival, it turned out that our room was not ready yet because they were installing an air conditioner there. After almost 15 hours on the road, we were forced to sit and wait for the air conditioner to be installed. The owner did not even show up to explain the situation; all communication with him took place only when we called him ourselves. The only thing the owner did was praise himself, saying that he had installed an air conditioner (which we did not ask for) and did not charge us extra for it. But the fact that we, during the time we had paid for (check-in was at 3 p.m.), after a 15-hour drive, sat outside our room and waited for the air conditioner to be installed until 7 p.m. — the owner somehow forgot about that. The breakfast included in the price is not really breakfast at all. You can only get one hot drink and one piece of pastry. However, to get it, you need to go to an additional facility located almost a 10-minute walk away.

The breakfast was good but very light in my opinion so we preferred to skip it and get bigger breakfasts instead.

Very nice host and place but no aircon

Very nice host and nice place and good location and comfortable bed.

The place doesn't have aircon. I admit i didnt check that when booking because this is a place where it is always warm and i expect every place to have aircon. Unfortunately my sleep was therefore poor quality. If there was aircon i would rate this place at least 9 put of 10. But that was a bummer and indeed the sleep was affected negatively. I hope the host will put some small split aircons soonest it only needs a very small unit to make this stay very pleasant.

Wonderful stay

We arrived early, but were able to park the car and go for a wonder before our room was ready. We had a warm welcome from the hosts and their family. Lovely and airy room was very comfortable. Breakfast was abundant and we had homemade goodies. Nothing was too much for Diana and Dorio. I can't recommend this B and B enough, truly deserved a 10 and if I was able to give more I would. This B and B is in a great location and we didn't get in our car for the whole stay, everything you could need was in walking distance. A great bonus the beach was just across the road. Thankyou once again Diana and Dario .

Very satisfying.

The place can feel off-putting upon arrival and realization, that the building itself and buildings around are of recent concrete construction and very of third rate architecture. But the owner (Doro) has made his place very cute and very solid. He himself is of very sympathetic personality and very helpful.

Right on the beach

Lovely separate room less than 100 metres from the beach. The room has a super shower and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the small patio for drinks and breakfast. Doro the host was very helpful with information on restaurants and places of interest.

From patio you look out on to some junk - I guess not from the property owners but other people who share the courtyard.

The owner of the place is such a friendly and welcoming guy that you feel at home from the moment you enter your apartment. The rooms are spacey, bright and clean. Your delicious breakfast will be served on the small terrace in front of your space, beach is just across the street and with your hosts tips on hand you will always find the right place for your leisure, shopping or dining needs. Also a big bonus for us was the secure parking area on the premises. To make things short: Go there!

Week end a Ventimiglia

Location vicinissima al mare, pulita, ben arredata con macchina del caffè. Bagno molto bello e pulito.

Abbiamo dovuto cercare i titolari noi presso un bar della spiaggia. Colazione in questo bar da raggiungere a piedi con un caffè e croissant. Alla richiesta di un succo la cameriera ha sottolineato che dovevamo pagarlo perché non compreso. Lettini e ombrellone a pagamento senza minimo sconto visto che è ottobre ed avevamo una stanza presso il loro B&B.

Fijne kamers, middelmatig ontbijt

Mooie schone badkamer en kamer met een heerlijk groot bed. Fijn dat er parkeergelegenheid voor de deur achter een hek was. Ook was er een gedeelde koelkast waar je wat drankjes in kwijt kon, erg fijn. Airco werkte goed. Verder gaf de host ook leuke tips voor in de omgeving.

Een minpuntje was dat er geen waterkoker op de kamer was. Verder was het ontbijt een tegenvaller. De huisgemaakte ontbijtjes op de foto's waren in de praktijk een kop koffie en een croissantje of een stuk focaccia bij de beachclub 300 meter verderop. Als je iets erbij wilde hebben (fruit of beleg), kregen we te horen dat dat niet bij de prijs inbegrepen zat en apart moest worden afgerekend. Persoonlijk vond ik een kop koffie met een croissantje wat karig voor een B&B inclusief ontbijt, maar misschien dat we in het noorden van Europa wat stevigere ontbijters zijn. Al met al zou ik de beachclub van het ontbijt een 6,5 geven.

Une jolie chambre à la décoration atypique et originale !!! Un vrai petit cocon ... nous nous y sommes sentis très bien !! Diana a été d'une très grande gentillesse dans tous ses messages et appels téléphoniques. Elle est adorable !! Et quel bonheur de prendre le petit déjeuner dans son bar de plage tout récemment ouvert ...un endroit vraiment idyllique !!

Très déçu de la prestation. Comprends pas les avis positif sur le petit déjeuner. Nous avons droit un café et une viennoiserie, chocolat et jus d'orange possible avec un complément payant. Restaurant à 700 mètres de l'hôtel. Très loin du standard d'un b&b français. Personnel parlant que l'italien, difficultés pour se faire comprendre. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement.

Faut un restaurant sur place pour le petit déjeuner et avoir un petit déjeuner complet ( café, chocolat, pain, viennoiserie, confiture, beurre et un jus d'orange. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement.

Prekrásne miesto

Izba bola krásna, nápadito zariadená. Veľkosť pre dvoch ľudí akurát. Možno by som pridala nejaký ten odkladací priestor navyše, pri dlhšom pobyte je málo miesta na vyloženie kufrov. Upratovalo sa každý deň. Posedenie pred izbou super, je tam kopec miesta na presušenie vecí z pláže. Aj vnútorné parkovanie je obrovské plus. Spoločná chladnička von je skvelý nápad, lebo nevrčí v izbe. Veľmi oceňujem penový vankúš, podobný mám aj doma., Od pláže je to 2 min pešo. Pláž krásna pieskovo-kamienková, široká a dlhá, takže je tam kopec miesta. V okolí veľa reštaurácií a barov. Hostitelia sú veľmi príjemní a ústretoví. Celkový dojem je super, kľudne by som sa ešte vrátila, je to úžasné miesto s dobrou atmosférou. Ale už asi bez raňajok, pokiaľ by bola tá možnosť.

Na izbe mi chýbala rýchlovarná kanvica a poháre. Klíma by bola plus, ale dalo sa to v pohode zvládnuť aj bez nej. Raňajky prvé dva dni iba sladké. Chlieb, maslo, džem, jogurt, nejaké müsli, semiačka a ovocie. Pre mňa ok, manžel nebol moc šťastný. Ale prežil to :) Na ďalšie dni sa raňajky presunuli do novootvoreného plážového baru. Tam máte na výber z croisantu, focaccie alebo pizze. A káva alebo čaj. Neviem, my ,,stredoeurópania,, sme zvyknutí na iné raňajky. A hlavne skoršie raňajky. O 8.30 je dosť neskoro. Takže to je jediná vec z ktorej som bola trošku sklamaná.

Skønt overnatningssted perfekt til et par dage i en skøn by. Hyggelig terrasse, god morgenmad, meget imødekommende personale. Gåafstand til togstation og bymidten.

Tolle Gastgeber, die eine besondere Location mit viel Liebe und Achtsamkeit geschaffen haben.

Außergewöhnlich freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber, Individualisten, was man an der ganzen Ausstattung merkt. Leckeres, selbstgebackenes Brot und Kuchen zum Frühstück aus eigenen und Bio-Zutaten. Besondere Menschen, die eine besondere Location geschaffen haben. Nur über die Straße, dann ist man am Meer. Ruhig gelegen. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Man kann nicht selbst kochen, aber ein Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Tolle Regendusche.
