Stylish accommodation, excellent location, kind owner

Loved the location, style throughout, the exceptional service, and the balcony with a great view of the old town. The owner is wonderful at reminding guests there are around 100 (beautiful marble) steps to the entrance. I personally welcomed the exercise! The generous breakfast was delicious too.

It would have been great to have a fridge for guests to use (to enjoy a cold drink on the delightful balcony) and some milk for hot drinks if desired after breakfast (when it is supplied).

Good overnight stopover

Location, the host was great, very clean comfortable share B&B with rooftop balcony.

Need to be aware the four flights of stairs are four really big flights of stairs so if you have luggage of mobility issues this is not the place for you.

A gem of a place

This place is authentically Italian. Michella is communicative and welcoming. We loved the rooftop terrace, the bike storage, the kettle, fridge, coffee maker and crockery. Michella came discreetly in the morning and prepared fresh breakfast.

We were fortunate gate that we enjoyed the company of the other guest.

In retrospect I would have picked a more interesting town to stay in, but the apartment was very nice.

It had lots of room, a decent kitchen, nice beds, nice bathrooms and a nice terrace.

Great location, good price, low ceiling in some parts

Clean, kinda spacious, hostess was attentive & very caring.

The room is on the top floor which we knew & didn’t mind, but 1/2 the space in ‘2’ unit is not comfortable especially for a tall person. The room has slanted ceiling so the back room is really for a child, no more than 5 feet .. I’m a short adult, a little over 5’1” & I found myself bumping my head at least twice each day . Hubby is 6 ft & he has to keep his back bent when he uses the closet side of the room. It’s not terrible but helpful to be prepare. A day or 2 is fine .

One night in Ventimiglia

The rooms are well placed if you are using the train station - only a 5 minute walk away. Extremely clean with a comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. There are 2 rooms in the attic space of a large, old apartment block. So there are lots of stairs to go up. Could be difficult for some folk. When we stayed no one else was there but I think if both rooms were occupied, it could feel a bit strange sharing the communal breakfast area. You are sort of tucked away in the same apartment together. The breakfast was a big disappointment for me. I know Italians are often not big on breakfast, but this one was not very wholesome or nourishing.

Welcoming apartment stay, close to station and beach

The property was very clean, and the hosts were super responsive regarding check in/out, and a slight problem with the fancy coffee maker. The owner's son kindly carried our bags up 6 flights of stairs on arrival!! Nice roof terrace, and the breakfast was excellent, the table set up for us in the breakfast room, lovely pastries in a little cabinet. Fabulous coffee machine. Only a few mins walk from the station and the beach.

Do realise that it is 6 floors up with no lift. Didn't matter to us.

A surprise bonus was the little balcony where we recovered in the sun from our day’s travels.

The breakfast was great - a variety of pastry and croissants, juice and lots of coffee options and I particularly liked the yogurt brand.

The only issue was that if you have any physical Challenges the stairs to the fourth floor are a daunting obstacle. We were SO lucky we were offered assistance by the owner, Michela’s, son who carried up our luggage (help not always available - we were very fortunate).

Best Acomondation in Ventimiglia

The Check-In was very convenient and Michela provided us with useful tips for restaurants and the area. We loved everything about our room and you could tell how much attention has went into each detail. The room also had access to a very lovely terrace with a view over the old town. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We had the perfect stay and we would definitely reccomend this accomodation! Everything about this B&B exceeded our expectations.
