B&B Via Roma 41

It was nice place with good facilities. We liked the balcony with privacy. It was well thought of them that all windows (even ceiling window) could be closed with blackout curtain to not get heat or light. Bathroom was also quite big and useful.

4th floor without elevator can be though if youre not fit enough but they are building an elevator

This is a beautifully restored apartment near the train station and near the beach. There are nearby shops and cafes. There are four flights of stairs to climb, but they are very clear about that in their listing and communication. The bathroom is beautiful, the shower is roomy, the water pressure and water heating are great. The air conditioner is the best one I’ve ever seen in Italy. World class. The person who maintains the apartment is a wonderful person who let us check in early AND packed an early breakfast for us since we were catching the 6:37 am train. The apartment manager is a great communicator. The down side: The apartment has a second bedroom occupied by other travelers. During our stay the other travelers decided to watch tv on the balcony right outside our window until 11:30 at night. It was loud. I finally had to ask them to please use headphones so I could get some sleep. The walls are very thin. You can hear the other travelers speaking in a low voice in their bedroom. Really it all depends on what you are looking for. If you don’t mind sharing a small apartment with strangers you will love this place. It has great facilities. On a side note: I stayed in this town to avoid a long train day. The beach here is drab. The day was a bit of a waste. I regret not going just a bit further to San Remo.

The location is very close to station, beach. The rooms and toilets were clean. Check-in and checkout was smooth.

Via Roma is a very cosy little home from home in Ventimiglia. Extremely comfortable and spacious and immaculately furnished throughout . I loved the apartment feel but with a BnB service including breakfast etc . Ideally situated 5 minutes from the station which offers routes into French Riviera (monte carlo and menton just 20 minutes away) .. would definitely recommend this place

My only slight criticism would be that some fresh fruit would have been nice in the mornings .. also it’s too floor and no lift at present so those who aren’t very mobile might struggle
