Overall excellent for our three night stay. The apartment had everything you needed. It was spacious, clean, quiet and secluded in lovely gardens, yet close to restaurants and easy walking distance to main sights as well as Santa Novella railway station. Luciano met us and showed us around the apartment which was great
Luciano didn't mention the earplugs beside the bed which would be useful for light sleepers, who might be disturbed by adjacent intermittent machine vibration at night.

Great location near the train station. And an easy walk to most of the major sights. The apartment is in a quiet courtyard, so there is little street noise. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. A very nice little balcony.
The one major flaw is the sofa or couch which is extremely uncomfortable for sitting. That and Florence is simply overcrowded. It is a conveyor belt of tourists offering few opportunities to really savour it's Renaissance charms.

Luciano was very helpful and lovely. We loved the well appointed apartment which included a great coffee machine.
Perhaps there could be an extractor fan in the bathroom. Other than that it was fab!
