The location and the quiet courtyard decorated with flowers.
The hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment were poor. The walls were stained and there was an unpleasant smell. There were no soap and shampoo holders in the bathroom. The bathroom door is old and hardly works. Every night we saw a rat in the yard.
