Nice location but awful heating system and zero water pressure for showers. Go elsewhere

Great location, clean and spacious

Freezing and no hot water for two days. I reached out to a contact giving in a folder in house but they just replied turn up heat like I don’t understand how heating works. Also really bad water pressure so taking a shower is pointless. Other guests mentioned this in comments in the comment folder but nothing has been done.

A spacious, family-friendly apartment in a great location with excellent facilities and hosts.

We had a fantastic stay at this wonderful holiday apartment! The location was ideal — just a short 20-minute train ride into the city centre, making it easy to explore, yet far enough out to enjoy some peace and quiet. The apartment itself was both cosy and surprisingly spacious, with great facilities that made it feel like a real home-from-home. It was perfect for our family break. Parking was available on the road outside the apartment, and having shops so close by made everything incredibly easy. We also loved being just a stone’s throw from the beautiful Crosby Beach and the famous Another Place statues — a real highlight of the trip! Communication from the hosts was excellent from start to finish; they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in completely hassle-free. All in all, a brilliant place to stay — comfortable, well-located, and ideal for families. Highly recommended!

Comfortable accommodation

It was our 3rd stay . We find the accommodation comfortable and clean. We love the location, it is within walking distance of Crosby beach. Transport links(train and buses) to Liverpool, Southport, and further afield are close by.

Very nice

Location was perfect for our needs while in this area.

The front door lock was extremely difficult to open, a couple of times we thought we would not be able to get in as the door would not open following the instructions we were given. I think it definitely needs some attention. There was a problem on our first night there as the bathroom basin tap was leaking. Andy our host was very good at getting it fixed in a timely manner which was very much appreciated.

Wonderful house perfect for a long weekend away

The house was in excellent condition and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you might need and the lounge was spacious enough to relax in even with the sofa bed out.

Our only issue was that the front door is very finicky and a couple of times we really struggled to unlock it.

Comfy pad in a friendly neighbourhood round the corner from Gormley’s incredible iron men on Crosby beach.

A cosy, comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely natural light in a friendly neighbourhood close to the stunning Gormley statues on Crosby beach.

Generally liked everything apart from the fact I had to clean saucepan lids in the kitchen when I arrived. Most were broken or grimy and the inside of some of the kitchen cupboards could have been cleaned. The bathroom was very spacious, but it would help if the bath had handles to help assist elderly or people of disability as was the case with my mum. The front door key wasn’t very user friendly.

The perfect (and better) alternative to a hotel.

So much more practical than a hotel/b&b. Feels just like home. Sofas, beds in bedrooms!, Fully equipped kitchen if required. Superb WiFi and digital TV. Many restaurants, cafe's and takeaways within walking distance. Supermarkets local thus allowing you to budget your stay as appropriate. Liverpool and Southport both a short drive or an inexpensive train journey away (station close to property) The fabulous Crosby beach with the remarkable Antony Gormley Another Place sculptures is literally across the street. This accommodation should be anyone's list when choosing to visit this area.
