The pizza stand

The whole experience was terrible the first night boiler wasn't working security was there in middle of the night for a hour then on Saturday the electric went of on our static we couldn't shower the kids make the baby bottles nothing completely waste of money!! And I want my money back the static was not clean I stains everywhere even on the roof!!! Doors been punch and only bit of silicone on there instead of replacing the door!! Never going here again!!

Horrendous

Facilities. When they where open!

No heating. Poor staff No communication Horrendous. Left with no electricity overnight. Lost all the food in fridge and freezer. My toddler had to sleep in a coat as it was freezing cold. They offered us another caravan hours later at midnight in a storm and expected me to get my 2 year old child from the bed and walk to the next caravan in a storm. The fire didn't work. The gas burners in the kitchen didn't work The staff where rude. Nothing was open when it says it was. Reception dreadful. The whole stay was Horrendous

Stay was good for location and near to the beach but could have been best if caravans were clean and basic things were p

Property was very dirty, bed sheets and duvet covers were stained from previous stay, no bins provided in the toilet, no toilet brush, windows looked like it had not been cleaned for months, using facilities and booking facilities within the premises is unorganised. Kitchen bin was very dirty and smelly. Things mentioned on the booking were not provided mainly iron and no hoover was provided either.

Very expensive and missold for what you get

Good location to beach easy to find swimming pools were nice .caravan was clean and tidy

Caravans were close together , check in times are late 4pm and leaving times are early 10am not all facilities are free when your in the park restricted swimming and booking . On arrival had difficulty booking in as didn't have road no and caravan no on booking confirmation so didn't actually get in caravan till 6 after queuing and trying to sort info then had no hot water had to have them out boiler kept losing pressure so every morning water was cold and golf course was closed due to road works and we also thought that the caravan had hot tub and balcony to which it just had muddy puddle out side door so quite disappointing

No Wi-Fi as phone reception was bad , no basic essentials, hot just one toilet roll for a family of 7, and other essentials like sugar , salt, dish/hand wash ,wiping cloths should at least be provided

I didn't like the fact it caused me 3/4 hours of stress and anxiety because the security couldn't find my booking, could contact hoeseasons for advice. Then finally the staff had my booking in a envelope and could of easily sorted this out if they asked for my name and not a confirmation code I didn't receive
