Clean homely and up to date facilities.

Clean to the tiny dust, homely feel, all facilities in kitchen provided - luxury!

One problem but I will elaborate with the staff directly to prevent it happening in summer when we are wishing to book again!

Absolutely immaculate caravan!

Nicely decorated caravan with homely touches, so clean and smelt nice. It is really well equipped and has tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, cleaning products, etc, even thoughful spare sanitary products. It has everything you need apart from a hair dryer, but that's my own fault for forgetting to bring one! The smart tv in the lounge and main bedroom are fantastic, and there are toys and board games for little ones. There is a nice seating area outside but was too cold for us to use but we did use the heating, which is simple and gets lovely and cosy quickly. The description is a bit confusing, but it DOES come with the beds made and towels. Directions to the caravan once on site were perfect, and having a key safe made check in / out smooth. To enter the park off the main road, it is immediately left, or you go into a residential area. We ended up going around the houses literally!!! Thank you for a lovely, comfortable, clean couple of nights 😊

A map of the park and the local area would be handy as we had to search for the bins on site, unsure if we could access the beach or where the nearest arcade 'strip' was. All communication was polite and any questions answered, but it was minimal. I think a message upon booking explaining codes and directions will be sent a day before/ the day of arrival and then sent would be good as I had to ask for them so was a bit nervous.

The caravan was spotless and comfortable, it has everything you need. Close to all amenities. Steve and his wife made us feel welcome and were very helpful. All in all a fantastic break. Will definitely be returning
