My family regret using the caravan, location was okay

Toilet and bathroom not in good condition, toilet seat wearing out. Main bed needs touch ups, bedding was a mess😭, sheets had loads of hair, all in all caravan needs renovation, blinds, dishes, cutlery etc all is dirt🤮

Dirty caravan

Balcony with a gate. This was good because of our dog.

The check-in should have been from 11am. But we were told by the owner it wasn't ready. We finally got the key at 2.50pm. The caravan was dirty. The facilities were not has advertised. We would not recommend this caravan to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting.

Perfect

It was very easy to find with the instructions given. The Caravan was very clean and spacious. There is a main hall on the site that sold hot and cold drinks And very friendly staff.. Only needed this for the one tonight as attending a function at the hall on the site. But would definitely recommend it and use again myself.

The only comment I would say and Minor is the pillows are very uncomfortable And squeaky base of double bed with metal headboard & bottom. Other than that, perfect

Weekend away

Everything that needed for our stay was provided, caravan was clean and comfortable and was a brilliant base for Noth Wales

The bed had changed from last year and wasn't comfortable at all mattress was too firm but we still slept, if im going to have to say something else a lamp in the living area would be nice, towels provided as only a small hand towel even though it does state towels provided so we had to go and buy towels so we could have a shower and more cushions

Decent.

We asked for an early check in and the owners obliged. They sent the information we needed to access the property within the time stated. Decently priced for a 6 week holiday date.

We made the best of what was on offer!

The caravan was nice, and a good size. Met the cleaning lady on arrival and she was so lovely. We were close to the main complex but the site is a little far out from all surrounding amenities

Complex a bit basic, no shop, food place or swimming on site, and with it been a bit from the main amenities this was a bit of an issue. Also I’m an anxious person who needs clear communication and found this lacking.

Definitely did the job

The location was great and communication from the owner was good. The van is near the children’s park and the facilities of the site (although we didn’t really use them). The van was clean and had plenty of kitchen accessories and cleaning products to use.

I do think the van could do with an update/reno. The sofa had a very very dodgy smell, there was a few slats on the beds broken so felt like you were going to fall through although the beds were really comfy. Lots of bits and bobs really just need attention to detail to make it a really great caravan!

Disappointed

Clean and tidy

Previous occupants had damaged the double bed and despite being promised a replacement we had to sleep on a mattress on the floor and had no co tact to explain why promised new bed hadnt been provided

Would not stay again.

The caravan was in a good location.

The beds especially in the twin rooms were absolutely awful, I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room which wasn’t must better. We have all woken up with sore necks and backs. I also discovered a fag burn in one of the duvet covers in the twin rooms. Fresh duvet covers look like they are due.

Good for the price

Nice caravan good for the price on a nice site. Owners very helpful and responsive to questions

Needs updating a little things a little tired and worn. Holes in door shower looks dated and rusty in parts, few chips in the table and stains on sofa and dirty mop left outside. Large TVs worked well however tv in small room wouldn’t connect and WiFi wouldn’t work. But again it was cheap compared to others and we still enjoyed our stay.

Wouldn’t bother again

Location in relation to our journey

Was dirty , plastic bottle tops on the floor from kids juice bottles. Food crumbs all over , bed sheets didn’t look like they had been changed and the beds were awful …. The wire springs popped up through the top on all beds …there were shelves hanging off , no WiFi as it was broken , stains on all the seating , it’s just tired . Shower was mouldy. The oven was absolutely minging ….

Great location and lovely owners who were apologetic about cleaners when we had to reach out to them.

Beds very uncomfortable. Dirty shower with previous guests soap/razor and loofer in. Dishes and cutlery dirty and floors dirty.

Couldn’t find the iron which was listed. Blinds broken in living room, and shower seal dirty. Tobacco bits on work tops. Not the end of the world for us, but just making you aware for future guests
