The caravan was amazing , very clean, everything we needed .... local to everything and many towns ... the site facilities was good too .... but overall i will certainly will be returning !!! Very spacious and comfy !!

The property is in a great location, very close to all amenities, really close to the fair and the market. The caravan is situated near the edge of the sight so it was reasonably quiet. It was a very clean caravan and had great internet which is a massive plus as we have stayed in many caravans in Towyn and they really struggle with internet. There is a parking bay which is tarmac not grass which is great. Also great heating in the van. Many plug sockets which is another plus.
The side road to enter the caravan park can be a bit treacherous, no path in parts and tight bend.

The location was great and communication from the owner was good. The van is near the children’s park and the facilities of the site (although we didn’t really use them). The van was clean and had plenty of kitchen accessories and cleaning products to use.
I do think the van could do with an update/reno. The sofa had a very very dodgy smell, there was a few slats on the beds broken so felt like you were going to fall through although the beds were really comfy. Lots of bits and bobs really just need attention to detail to make it a really great caravan!
