Not too busy this time of year , near shops , funfair , beach , amusement for kids and park near near buy for a picnic

The location was fab, the van was clean just missing some outside table and chairs would have been nice. But this did not spoil the stay

Great caravan, living room with 55 inch tv..also tv,s I. Bedrooms which is a bonus with children..brill WiFi ..east instruction for WiFi and heating..locates next to the park amd sports bar which is a great bonus...ife stayed in loads of different caravans and this one by far is the best especially with the smart tv,s and WiFi.. will definitely book again..big thanks to the owners from myself amd the 3 kids.also parking available next to the van as some sites only allow this woth a further change.

The location of the camp was good, the camp was good and the location of the caravan on the camp was good too
The beds in the middle bedroom the left bed as you walk in the mattress is wider than the base so as I turned over the mattress dragged me off the bed, I then went onto the bed next to it and fell through as there are 3/4 slats missing. I went into the left bedroom with my sister and the bed was very uncomfortable just springs on top of springs. There was no clear communication of how to use the sofa bed or where it is so my sister just slept on a couch not pulled out. There was no making tray or anything sort of spatula or tongues to help cook.
