Location of park is really good being in the main road by all entertainment. The location to beach from van is really good and so are the on site facilities and entertainment couldn't not fault it been many of times . And the owner was very responsive brought me a hoover to clean caravan as other was broken and he had no idea. Was really friendly and respectful.
The bedroom is right on the walkway gang way kept us up most nights from passers by being loud. And the van was amazing had everything we needed, but no fault to owner at all the cleaness was not the best but thats down to the cleaners not the owners

Location was great close to shops
Close to the beach but if u are disabled a bit difficult as you need to cross a high bridge with stairs

The caravan moves even a light person walking was made worst on a windy days stay unable to sleep caravan moves.
Listing should be updated. On advert towels is provided but no towels at all. When I message the host they said that it’s a hand towel they provide. The listing should be clear that only 1 hand towel in the bathroom is provided. So guest will need to bring their own bath towels
Wifi is very weak most of the time you cant get signal
Could be better with thorough cleaning. Seats on living area are stain and left side near kitchen is broke my son went through it🥲
Parking can be a bit difficult on a weekend
