Absolutely amazing we are booking again for October

Location of park is really good being in the main road by all entertainment. The location to beach from van is really good and so are the on site facilities and entertainment couldn't not fault it been many of times . And the owner was very responsive brought me a hoover to clean caravan as other was broken and he had no idea. Was really friendly and respectful.

The bedroom is right on the walkway gang way kept us up most nights from passers by being loud. And the van was amazing had everything we needed, but no fault to owner at all the cleaness was not the best but thats down to the cleaners not the owners

We were really let down by our stay in this caravan. We’d heard that new cleaners had been hired, but honestly, it didn’t show at all. On arrival, we were greeted by cigarette ends on the balcony and dirt on the decking—not the welcome anyone would hope for. Inside wasn’t much better. The floors were dirty, and we had to wash all the dishes and cups ourselves before using them. There were crumbs in the cutlery drawer, which made us feel like nothing had been properly cleaned. The caravan itself felt unstable—any movement made it shake, even from our small child. When it got windy, it was even worse. The fire was covered in dust, some window catches and blinds were broken, and the table was poorly finished with vinyl hanging off underneath. We also found dirty socks under one bed and Pokémon pyjamas under another—completely unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to cleaning. The caravan is clearly run down and in need of maintenance. The rooms are far too cramped to be advertised as an 8-berth, and the oven kept cutting out. When we first opened the door, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and the carpets didn’t even fit properly. The Hoover didn’t work, the curtains smelled musty, and the sofa was filthy. The bedding wasn’t much better—it was creased, bitty, and the quilt didn’t even fit the cover properly. Overall, it felt like no real care had been taken to prepare the caravan for guests. Some recommendations: • Do a proper deep clean between each stay—curtains, carpets, and especially the sofas need serious attention. • Replace or fix broken fixtures and fittings. • Implement a thorough checklist to make sure nothing is missed. • Honestly reassess the sleeping capacity—it’s not fit for 8 people. • Lastly, the location is far from ideal. The caravans are packed in like sardines, leaving very little personal space or privacy. This was not the relaxing break we’d hoped for and we would not return based on this experience.

Location was great close to shops Close to the beach but if u are disabled a bit difficult as you need to cross a high bridge with stairs East check in and check out

The caravan moves even a light person walking was made worst on a windy days stay unable to sleep caravan moves. Listing should be updated. On advert towels is provided but no towels at all. When I message the host they said that it’s a hand towel they provide. The listing should be clear that only 1 hand towel in the bathroom is provided. So guest will need to bring their own bath towels Wifi is very weak most of the time you cant get signal Could be better with thorough cleaning. Seats on living area are stain and left side near kitchen is broke my son went through it🥲 Parking can be a bit difficult on a weekend

Good stay, enjoyable 3 days

Close to the bridge leading to the beach and promenade. Friendly and helpful host, swimming pool on site which the kids loved, plenty of outdoor seating space so we could relax in the evening outside. We really liked the caravan and would come again.

WiFi didn’t work throughout the stay. The host did try to help by asking us to download an app but without WiFi I was unable to download. The drain in the bathroom sink was blocked on day 2 and we had to clean that out and no cleaning supplies to wash dishes but none of these things spoilt our stay and it was fine for 3 night short stay.

Was unaware there would be no hand towels in bathroom and very limited toilet roll. Unfortunately no shop on site to buy any either. Internet would not work on tv, so very limited what we could watch.

The caravan was lovely. Clean and tidy.

The entertainment was not good at all. Bingo right through until 9.45. Then just a singer, not any entertainment early enough in clubhouse, they wouldn't put air conditioning on so everyone was really hot and uncomfortable. James bar did have a short spot of songs for kids on Friday but also over run with bingo.

Good location, good for small families close to beach

Good location, close to the pebble beach, clean site, wifi in the caravan which was very good, good size caravan for 2 adults with 2 small children

Whoever had cleaned the caravan hadn't done a great job of it, someone had attempted to vacuum but hadn't realised it was blocked so just pushed stuff around instead, the bathroom was manky, hair / pubes in the shower, mold on the shower hose, big patch of dirt behind the shower screen which you could only clean from standing inside the shower, beds and linen were clean though! There was a damaged seat around the table so was unable to use

Good value for Money. Caravan was in good condition very comfortable beds was good value for money. Some parts of the Caravan could do with a little more attention with regards to cleaning. It's a holiday home so take a bit of punishment during let's. Things that let it down . Sofa fabric needs a shampoo. Floor brush supplied was full if hair and broken . Just needs a wee bite of attention to cleaning / in-between hires..

It’s very close to other caravans and VERY noisy when 6 month old is asleep and disturbed all of us. A neighbour went and had words and they turned it down. No recycling facilities on site which isn’t good.

Could have been a lot better!!

The decor was nice, and the decking was a good size. The beds were comfortable.

The caravan wasn't very clean, there was still food crumbs in the living room carpet. There was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet seat was broken, and there was no hand gel in the soap pump. There was just 1 toilet roll that wasn't a full roll, so I had to buy more the next morning. There was no shower mat to stop you from slipping as you stepped out of the shower. (We had to put 1 of our hand towels on the floor) There was no antibacterial spray to clean the kitchen area. There is no tea towel to dry dishes. On the last night, there were ants around the kitchen area. The TV had 1 channel only, & that was BBC 1. It seemed like the caravan had not been checked over from the previous occupants, as there was a pair of socks in a drawer, & a child's jacket hanging on the back of a bedroom door. We knew we had to pay to use the swimming pool, in the site next door, £4 each adult, £2 per child (4yrs), but all you got was 45 minutes.

The owners provided very good information and clear instructions on how to locate and access the caravan. The caravan was very clean and well kept and the on site venues had good entertainment and facilities.

We could not figure out how to get the heating on and so it was rather cold in the morning and at night. It wasn’t clear on how to turn the water on so we had to figure this out ourself. I think a leaflet containing this information as well as how to get the heating on would be beneficial.
