Didnt want ro come home felt at home

We stayed and spent 23-27th December at the caravan we arrived the caravan site had parking outside no mud it was easy to find we was allowed to decorate everything worked we slept well it is located dead opposite park dean resort that was ipen over xmas we had trouble with the entry barrier but that was an easy fix i travelled myself three children and a dog i found the caravan very clean wifi doors are drafty but with central heating and living room fire it is not noticable we enjoyed and felt that much at home we didnt want to leave would 100%recommend and would defo go back again we drove twenty mins to angel bay and saw the seals it was amazing we went to the farm 8 min drive away due to visiting xmas period site and local attractions wasnt open but will be booking again in season

Caravan was very good! Everything we needed. Chris was fantastic with communication and there was little complaints from us!

We did have to Hoover when we got there and also the carpet to the kitchen was up and we did trip up on it but it wasn’t a big issue for us :)

The location of the caravan is great, the caravan park has some good facilities, isn’t too busy and is in good walking distance of the beach Decor inside the caravan is also cute, and it’s a good size!

Not the owners fault but the neighbouring caravan was so loud and rowdy two nights in a row and even with security being called it didn’t change anything. The caravan windows and doors also have gaps around and don’t shut properly so it didn’t help with noise and meant it got quite cold in there overnight. It also was not the cleanest of caravans when we arrived, cutlery that hadn’t been washed properly, and the floor did not look like it had been hoovered. Also when I tried to clean before we left the one hoover was broken and the other one smelt really bad.

Stay here before

The property was in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants

Dirty and nasty smell. Bathroom smell of wee and want to cleaned the toilet seat and toilet bin. Things underneath the bed from the guest before. The kitchen bin was not clean on the inside off milk smell. The neighbours next door was very loud after 9pm

Chris's Caravan

Lovely Caravan. Very clean. On the whole very good.

Had issues with barriers not opening to let us in or out.. We didn't have a fob for it.. seating a bit hard(but the norm for most vans). Pet Friendly Campsite.But Club didn't allow dogs. So had to walk a fair bit to dog friendly places....

Ruined

On entering the caravan, the damp hit you like the heat hits you when you got off a plane somewhere hot, straight after a 6 hour drive! To say I was unimpressed wouldn’t do it justice, couldn’t get the owner on the phone so via text message expressed my thoughts, eventually got a call back and told they had a better caravan that was becoming empty tomorrow. Only having 4 days off work my time was valuable, so my plans just had to be re-arranged. Next day, on entering the caravan it smell fresh, and that was good enough, anything else I could rectify! Out of curiosity, the next day, I had a look under the seat cushions, then the blinds, the latter being black with filth, I’ll leave it up to your imagination what was under the sofa and the state of it!! If you can afford the time, go over it yourself if you get a caravan from these guy’s and reject it straight away. if this review doesn’t tempt them to re-visit their cleaning regime They don’t deserve any hard working individuals money, sorry state of affairs. Oh and message to Ken’s wife, next time you have put someone out of their break, don’t stand on the balcony shouting me to come to you, to pass me your phone to speak to your husband the moment I arrive, you cocked up my break, walk over, introduce yourself and ask me if I would mind speaking to your husband on your phone not “my husband wants you”. I could go on but alas, I’m not wasting anymore time thinking of the miserable experience which was for the purpose of visiting my Dads grave on Fathers Day, look elsewhere.

Lovely caravan, everything we needed. Very spacious and great for families, the layout was great ita nice to have the living room /kitchen seperate from the bedrooms with a door would highly recommend and ill definitely be booking again

Nothing eveything was amazing and comfortable, phone signal wasnt great but it isnt great on phones in anergele anyway but who needs a phone on holiday!

Lovely weekend away with all the comforts of home:)

We had a lovely stay at Chris's caravan! Wifi was perfect, location was perfect and the caravan had everything we needed for a lovely family weekend away. The beds were super comfy, not something you usually get when staying in a caravan and we had instructions left for things like the heating and WiFi ect.

There was quite a draft from the doors of the caravan that made it a little cold- but we just used the fire and heating to warm us up ( and we did stay on a cold weekend)

Great location poor quality of service

It was clean and close to the beach

The WiFi didn’t work and couldn’t watch tv as was a smart tv, the shower head was broken so couldn’t shower had 3 kids so with no tv or shower was very disappointed especially for £100 a night I reported my problems to the host who advised me to use my phone as a hot spot won’t be staying again

It had everything as described.

When you get to the site make sure you have got caravan number and you have all the details saved somewhere so you don’t need an internet to access it. There is a Wi-Fi in the caravan but in the area signal is poor.

Great location, perfect for family with young children. Amenities on the site are good and easily accessible

Could do with another shelf in the bathroom, maybe above the toilet? We had a lot of shower gels/shampoos etc especially with the kids and I had to store things in the bedroom instead and keep going back and forth. A clothes airer would have helped too for drying clothes after swimming. Also, we guessed that the caravan had been moved from another site of pitch, because first we noticed that the caravan was on a slight tilt, then we had a heavy downpour and noticed that the two doors weren't in line with the frame and so water leaked in, and so did the window by sofa. It's one of those things that you wouldn't notice unless you had heavy rain like we did!

For a caravan it was spacious. It was great that we could bring our dog. The great weather did help

The beds were uncomfortable would benefit from better pillows. Wasn’t as clean as it could have been and was unable to clean ourselves due to broken hoover.

Great site, near beach, funfair, club was modern and clean. Pool was clean and staff friendly.

The heating was not great in the bedrooms, bathroom, had to sleep in dressing gown and socks, kids slept in the living room with heater on.

Good break

A great caravan very comfy beds. It was really cold in the first night but we got the place warm by day 2. It was clean but we did find some left over bottle and sweet wrappers from previous occupants. The site is very busy and packed in but quiet enough of an evening. Overall a good break

It was close to things. Was basic but had all the equipment needed. Boiler was repaired swiftly. .

The caravan was very basic. Boiler wasn't working when we 1st got here. The caravan was very cold at night. The duvets where very cheap ones.
