Checking in was simple and easy. The location was family friendly and there was a lot to do. Sylvia was very helpful and kind throughout the stay.
I was expecting a balcony and it wasn’t there so it was the only thing I was disappointed in.

Decking wasn't attached to the caravan as in the photographs. Was detached from the caravan so not for use stored at the side by car park space
No cooking / baking trays for the oven. No tea towels, no oven gloves.
Fridge wasn't turned on upon arrival

The property was very clean and was a quick booking process
I booked on the day I arrived as was a last minute break for me and my 2 children.

Location of the caravan on site was great .
Not far to walk to the facilities , about 5 mins .
Caravan wasn’t as expected !
Beds need re-newing .
NOTE : No decking area or sitting out area !
Photos need changing .
The site :
Swimming pool had problems with the heating when we visited , so was freezing .
Have to pay for a pass to get into the bar/food areas, arcade etc
